Installation, easy on Windows. Terrible on MacOS. Credit required, not good. Seems to get all the common computer virus out. Its pretty cheap. Now the bad... holy molly, what happened to this antivirus software? Its an adware!!! every few days, I get some reports where a fix is to buy more subscription. I click on do not show again, and it shows again in a few weeks. I am done with this program. In addition, this software doesnt work well on MacOS. Seems to block everything on MacOS. I gave up and uninstall from MacOS. Think Ill just go with Windows defender and whatever antivirus my ISP provide. This after 30 years with Norton.

I try to stick with Norton for one distinctive function...backups. I am ensured that I have a good backup if needed. However, It is very annoying that Norton will try and force you into auto renewal.

So the key features from this package that stand out to me are: protection for 10 devices, an included VPN, basic Lifelock coverage, a password manager, and 75GB of cloud back-up. So yeah, you get a lot to say the least. The only thing I found mildly irritating is that it had to be shipped. Previously, you could have a digital code sent, and its still an option if you want it linked with Amazon. I also recommend that each year, you disable your Norton subscription, and then just buy another code here. Youll save money that way, but you have to remember to do that extra IT administration one day a year.

Ive used this product for several years and highly recommend it. HOWEVER, Norton is becoming more and more aggressive with forcing auto renew down your throat and bombarding you with ads, and ads disguised as recommendations. They make it quite difficult to purchase this item on Amazon and then get it successfully added to your account without 30 minutes on the phone or chat with tech support. If you just add the 25-digit code to your account, youll get your one year of coverage BUT LOSE ANY DAYS/MONTHS/YEARS REMAINING ON YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION. And if you dont turn on auto renew, youll lose access to some of the promised features, and pay through the nose when the auto renew hits. Norton is not a customer friendly company, so beware!

This purchase was to enable my continued Norton 360 protection when my current subscription expires. I give it only 4 stars because I havent had any recent experience with their competition. Ive always been happy with the product, had good experiences with Tech Support when I needed it and generally have seen no reason to change. I dont like the automatic renewal feature but you can cancel it. (Tech Support will help you figure it out - it isnt totally intuitive!) Is it the best product? I dont know. Maybe there is something better -- the rankings on AV products seem to vary year by year -- but Norton 360 fits my needs and, again, I see no reason to change.

Have been using and trusting Norton Anti-virus for over 20 years. Great technology, seems to work. That is the key reason I have renewed every year. Indeed, the top three reasons is that their anti-virus software seems to work. However, I hate their idiot user approach. Tells me I have a possible virus in one email out of thousands in my Thunderbird email folder, and do I want to quarantine the entire folder? Absolutely NOT. Can not toss away thousands of messages. They should provide info, such as the message sender, subject, date & time. hate the renewal policy. After installation, if you allow them to auto renew another year, the cost is several times higher than a new purchase with a new serial number. Just buy new, get a virtual credit card from your bank with a $ limit, and use that for the required auto-renew data. Mixed feelings, but overall recommended because their anti-virus software works. The bonus feature of cloud backup is nice. Recommended as part of a safe computing strategy.

I have always been a Norton fan when it comes to the protection of my PC. I also use many of the features available besides the antivirus. It amazes me that Amazon sells Norton much cheaper than you can buy it from Norton. As long as that is the case I will choose Amazon every year.

Been using Norton for many years and never had a virus or crash. However, in some years, I had to call Norton tech and have them install it. Particularly difficult on tablet and cell. Once installed, easy to use and very, very effective.

If you have any previous years versions of (Windows) Norton Internet Security and Norton VPN, please DELETE them!!! Because the installation of this resurrected Norton 360 does NOT! If you dont, you probably will have to waste a lot of time trying to diagnose problems. I went on the Community Forums to find this out and that I needed to download and run Norton Remove and Replace too. Also, if you have Malwarebytes, be sure to disable it when installing N360. For 2019, Norton changes their main products, and these products are different for retail than on Nortons website. One finally installed, it works great. One note, that upon any start-up or reboot, it takes considerable longer for initial for N360 to initialize on Windows desktops and laptops. Also, dont have the built-in VPN on the Start Programs. Just use it when need it. Ive been using Norton for many years. If it werent for the setup issues, I would have given it 5 Stars.
