Great product

And I think this means supplementing with vitamin D works. Ive used other brands that probably helped. The only thing I dont like about this product is that you have to take 1 pill every 2 days. I find that annoying since its easier to keep track of taking 1 pill a day. Next time I wont buy the 5,000 IU. Will stick to lower dosages that can be taken daily. While vitamin D toxicity is rare and requires much higher doses than 5,000 IU (I think it happens from the 40,000 IU!), but it could cause serious side effects if youre unlucky.

This is the second time I have purchased and am very pleased with them.

Small liquid capsules, easy to swallow. I take this along with calcium for supplementation, as I drink only coconut milk. Coconut milk does not have near the calcium that cows milk does, but in following the blood type diet, I need to avoid dairy. Rather than loading up on a bunch of supplements and vitamins I dont need, I choose to take mine individually so I can control how much of each I get. This has been a perfect supplement with calcium for me. NOW so far has seemed to me to be a great company, one I will continue to buy from.

Exactly what I wanted

I bought these vitamins to help heal and promote bone strength after a dental implant. My dentist was amazed at my quick healing far ahead of the curve he expected. I also feel good knowing Im getting additional Vitamin D especially during the cabin fever days were having here in New England this winter. Its a long time to be indoors without exposure to natural sunlight - the ideal way of getting Vitamin D naturally. I like knowing my levels are being maintained as evidenced by blood work which used to show a deficit of Vitamin D - an important defense against disease.
