Our son and DIL didnt wear life-jackets when they went out kayaking, and we didnt like that so we bought them each one of these for Christmas. They now wear them each time we go out and really seem to like them - so that is fabulous!

I spent hours researching and reading reviews to find the perfect PFD for kayaking and sailing. Im petite so I chose the Onyx Movent because it wasnt supposed to be as bulky as some others on the market, because it comes in extra small, and because it was supposed to have good range of motion. I was so disappointed, none of the above is true. It runs really big, is incredibly bulky, and when adjusted to the smallest size has six long, loose straps hanging front and back with no way to secure them so they dont catch on things. I was also excited about the expanding pocket, but its essentially useless, it barely fits the whistle thats already in it, doesnt expand at all, and is not water resistant. Im sincerely baffled as to why its even there. Youd be lucky to fit a chapstick in there. Another huge draw back is that the zipper doesnt stay up. Im going to return it and continue the hunt. Its fine for safety, but definitely not made for comfort, movement, or touring.

We use them for kayaking and have no problems. Lightweight and comfortable, cant tell you have them on. Would definitely recommend.

Great vest for dangerous whitewater situations. I put this baby to the test and it withstood all the punishment I dished out.

This life jacket is so much more comfortable for my neck and back when Im in my Kayak.

Way to bulky

Fits just fine. Looks good. I havent drown. 5 stars!
