> 24 hourThis is my third Optoma. I upgraded from a gt720. I just hooked it up and finished watching a movie. I seriously cannot imagine a better picture quality. I’m not sure what the $3k or more units can offer. All I can say is I love this unit, and I haven’t even calibrated it or tuned it or anything. I highly recommend

> 24 hourIve had this projector for a month and its been overall amazing. For those on the fence about buying this, go ahead and get it!! Coming from a 65 inch 4k tv, this is a huge upgrade in my opinion. Im running 135 inch screen and that movie theater feel is amazing! The HDR DOES make the picture look better, even though hdr isnt the greatest on projectors. Colors look more saturated and pop more.

> 24 hour2 years in and pixels are failing. I’m up to 3 dead pixels and it is pretty distracting. I would say, this is slightly less than my expectations. You should easily get 3 hours from your projector without this sort of failure.

> 24 hourBought a lowered price projector before this one that claimed was super bright and wasn’t at all. The next day purchased this one and love it. Super clear and extremely bright in my back yard as you can see from the photo. Projector is about 8-10 feet away. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourThe picture is great. Excellent for watching sports. The only thing is when you first start it up, you get an awful rattling noise that lasts about 60 seconds. Then it goes away and no more noise. Ive had it for about 2 months and no problem.

Customer
> 24 hourI shipped my unit for repair in Optoma California after 2 years, as it stopped turning on, and got a 750$ quote to repair a $700 projector. The customer service is really poor, they charged me $100 for the inspection and literally told me to buy a new one if that seems like a better option. Never again Optoma, I am going for an Epson or HP this blackfriday.

> 24 hourMine isnt really focused from top to bottom. Top is somewhat blurry and cant get it to clear up. Think its got to do with my particular unit. Nice and bright for day-time watching.
