Toothbrush Cleans Well!

I have been using iO for about a year now and gone through many brush heads. This one is NOT original or what I ordered. Even the pictures here on the product page are different. The one I got has weird pink shade on the packaging and some language that I don’t understand. Returning. Not sure if I should buy again from here. Better spend a dollar or two more at local store to get an authentic product.

Fit the iO 8 series great with no issues. The bristles are sturdy and durable and are shaped so that they reach different angles. Do a great job of cleaning/scrubbing even if you use the super-sensitive mode on the brush handle…and if you use the stronger modes its differently more intense. I have a couple somewhat sensitive teeth and if I switch to the sensitive mode when brushing those spots, with this brush head, Im fine but if you have very sensitive teeth and/or gums, youll might want a softer brush.

Brush head does not feel secure when first turning on Unit.

It grew mold and I clean it out and take off the brush head all the time. Now i do it everytime. I took off the brush head and there was legit black mold that is still coming out. That is so weird and I’m thinking it’s because there is a gap and a lot of water comes in. So gross and unsafe.
