This suitcase is so difficult to open and close. I regret the purchase.

Good product, but it does not fit as much as I expected.

This is my favorite luggage set I’ve ever received! Purchased another set for my mom because she fell in love with mine! High quality and the rose gold is classy! Can’t wait to travel with it!!

First the luggage is light, empty.The wheels keep it upright and the pull up handle locks at difference heights,which i like..It has more room on the inside than the soft side luggage.I can keep clothes separate on both sides plus the bag for loose items is a plus .So far ,so good ,I check all baggage and this did not come out with any battle scars,and all the handles and wheels came through just great.The lock i put on the zipper works fine so this suitcase should last for many more trips.

Wife needed large bags to check while flying to visit the kids. I bought this bag, and a soft-sided duffel bag (mistake). So far, we both like this roller suitcase very much. It is very large, and holds a lot. Be careful, as when packed full can be 50lbs or more pretty fast. Rolls nice and everything seems to be working as designed with a few trips already in the books.

The wheel on this broke the third time I used it. I am NOT happy at all that I had to lug a very heavy bag around Europe because a wheel broke. I will never buy a luggage bag from Kenneth Cole again, my previously bag lasted for a long time. This bag only lasted for 1 year and 3 uses. Such a waster of money.

These were perfect for the price, I have only used once so far. My only concern is that the case is made of hard plastic, and its connected to the fabric zipper, and it was sometimes hard to close the zipper back up when the case was full. It gets heavy with clothes in it, and then it smooshed the zipper close together, making it hard to zip up. I just had to maneuver it. It isnt a deal breaker, I just wanted to be careful so I didnt rip the zipper.
