> 3 dayI received this product today. The handle goes up but wont go all the way down. The only way it will go down is by going on the inside. The product arrived with a broken zipper on the inside. Dont waste your money on this product.

> 3 dayOverall I gave 5 stars! I first ordered the small one and didnt realize how small it was (my fault) so then I ordered the big one! I now use the small one to pack my shoes and the large one for the rest of my clothes! They are durable for travel, easy to maneuver when walking through the airport and I love the color! Good value for the money!

> 3 dayI loved the suitcase & was very sad when I only got to use it once. To add insult to injury I dropped it off at Amazon Store and they said I didn’t need a receipt that I’d get an email. Never got it. Called in and customer service refunded me. Demand a receipt people.

> 3 dayI liked this when I first purchased it. Great for short trips. I travel frequently--two trips or more per month. The handle on this suit case is very flimsy. It wont fully expand or retract without finesse or force. In the airports when people are waiting in a long line behind me, I get frustrated with the handle. I have stopped using this for air travel. I dont recommend this despite the attractive price.
