Out of Bounds Lightweight Durable Hardshell 4-Wheel Spinner Cabin Size Travel Suitcase, Rose Gold, 20-Inch Carry On

Vendor was very accommodating in the return of my suitcase, however, I paid $32 for return shipping and was only credited back $75.04 for a suitcase that I paid $83.99 for. Very costly exchange! Had I known I was going to lose $41 on an $82 suitcase, I think I would have kept it.

My favorite piece of luggage. Lightweight, but holds a ton of stuff. Easy to navigate through the airport and looks nice.

This is nice, stylish luggage that is very easy to maneuver around. However, it does not have ANY stretch space and the zipper is a little difficult if you overfill even the slightest bit. I thought there was extra stretch space when I purchased them. They are decent size and will work beautifully, I just need to reduce the amount that I take. That has nothing to do with the product.

Just the right size for an overnight trip.

I am usually a Kenneth Cole fan, but I dont like this suitcase. It might be the hardshell style I dont like v/s this particular suitcase. It is awkward packing and unpacking it due to the heaviness of the plastic shell. Maybe if the zipper was not in the center of the suitcase it would be better? Rolls well, but overall is awkward and difficult to access on the fly.

Bought this item to match an existing piece of luggage. Took my first trip with this suitcase 3 weeks later. (week of 4/2/22). It cracked across the side the first time it was checked (a direct flight.) Now it is a $129 piece of trash. Too late to return to Amazon. Expect airline and seller to do a lot of finger pointing. Very dis-satisfied.

Very nice luggage...my boyfriend bought the grey one 3 yrs ago...its still perfect and we vacation ALOT, so when mine was destroyed by the airline I decide to buy the same....so glad I did....I LOVE it!

Very nice Carry on bag. Travelled to Europe with it and it performed very well.

poor design , doesnt hold anything. I had repack the things I needed to take on my trip and left it home, ended up paying a baggage fee
