What a great product! I bought it for my outside Christmas lights. I use to have to go outside and plug them in and then go back outside to unplug them. Now Alexa does all of the work without even opening a door! I love this product and would definitely recommend! Easy to set up.

It makes you download a strange app from China that it isn’t a smart life product app

Product doesnt work. Wouldnt connect to anything and I already use the same app for other outdoor plugs that work perfectly. On top of poor product, customer service is a joke. Their response to me asking if theres anything Im overlooking is read manual.

We actually love this product once it’s set up. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I had a hard time setting it up. It was hard to get the light to pair the correct way. It’s confusing how there is a fast blink, then a slow blink, and then a solid blink. Other than that we love having it set up and using it on our lights, once it is set up!

I did not work.I had to return it. Waste of time.

Schedule

We bought this to use for turning on/off Christmas lights. We got it all programmed and the timers set up for both outlets. It worked fine for 4 days. Thinking it just needed to be re-programmed, we found that the little switch on the front does not even light up when held for 3 to 5 seconds. We even tried different power outlets. The unit is dead and does nothing. Very disappointing. Fortunately, Amazon will take it back for a refund, but finding timers right now around Christmas Holidays is nearly impossible.

Easy to use and set up. Once installed on the wifi, Alexa recognized it automatically. Recommended

We love it, just need to get a wifi extender. We had this hooked up in our garage, so occasionally it would disconnect from our wifi. Other than that, my daughter loved it that she could tell Alexa to turn them on, when the schedule didnt work because the connection was lost.

So far so good. Doing great. I like it. Totally recommended
