I bought this for my husband who was using this for therapy for an injured hand. The unit is very easy to use and he has set the temperature at 138 degrees. I even use it as it just makes my hands feel so nice and smooth. We purchased additional wax to fill the unit enough to submerge his hand up to his wrist. The unit developed an glitch and the company immediately took care of it. Their follow up with us was first rate customer service. Very impressed with both the unit and the company.

I purchased this wax machine to replace one which I had to return. This is a superior product and the instructions were easy to follow. I used this wax machine for my hands and feet with excellent results. The heating element works well both in reaching the required temperature for the wax to melt and reducing the temperature to apply the wax to my hands and feet. I set it to 158F and reduced it to 129F. This worked well for me. I highly recommend this product.

I used this product after using a paraffin wax treatment at my PTs facility. I appreciated the relief that I felt to my arthritic hands after gardening especially. I am a huge fan of this product mainly because I am a blogger and I have slight carpel tunnel in my one hand. Using this wax machine gives me so much relief in my hand. Plus i just feel like im being pampered every time I use it which brings me a great sense of relaxation. Would absolutely recommend this product!

This product is amazing. I have osteoarthritis in my hands and this absolutely helps with the pain! This machine also comes with everything you need to start waxing right away. Temperature control is great and I love the lavender wax!
