Plastic blocks wont scratch your rims. I like this feature. I used this on 29 in rims. I had no problems. It works well. It is very sturdy.

Works as advertised. I had no problems using this and right away it showed me how bad my first wheel build was. That said, it seems a little overpriced for what it is.

This is a great tool and the blocks allow keeping the tires on while checking wheel dish. Im not giving it 5 stars only because the instructions are not super clear as to which spokes need to be tightened when there is a gap at the hub. So of course I ended up increasing the gap that was already present by tightening the spokes on the wrong side.

adjusting it is easy, using it is easy, build quality is very good, its light, its blue Not a complicated device but this is a well thought out version and I wouldnt build a wheel without it

If you true/build wheels, this is a must have as I have built tens of sets over the years, but only 30% correctly. You need the right tools for the job as I am proof that anyone can build a wheel, but not everyone can build a wheel right.

This is a well constructed tool that works very well. As a Pro wheel builder, you have to have this (or equivalent). However, a Pro Quality truing stand can get so close that this becomes more of a final check. I dont want to discount the value of this tool, but with other (high quality) wheel tools, this would be lower on my list of (higher-end) shop tools. No matter how accurate the wheel, I prefer to finfish the wheel in the actual bike.

Simple, easy and effective dishing tool. Sturdy and can be used with the tire on or off. Three adjustment points and delivered with instructions.

This might be an easier tool to use if I built more wheels but it took a good bit of work for me to properly dish -- but tool is good quality and I got there in the end, so ... good purchase.
