Works as intended, installed in less than 2 minutes. Package arrived on time and in good condition.

Upgraded my Ryzen 7 setup from 16 gig to 40gig. Good value for money and no problems using it till date. RAM Timing was also as stated.

Asus F512D comes with 4 GB soldered into the motherboard and only one free slot. For some reason Asus recommends only 8 GB of memory for this slot, but on Crucials website they recommend 16 GB for this laptop . Crucial was out of this particular module here on Amazon. So I ended up getting this module and its recognized very well. There a significant improvement in performance especially running games. I am real happy with this purchase.

After upgrading to Windows 10, I found that the additional applications running in the background were always keeping my RAM usage close to >85% of 8GB, with an increasingly larger pagefile size, which made me uncomfortable. The quickest and cheapest way to solve my issue was with this Patriot 8GB PC4-17000 SODIMM! This stick matched the factory 8GB HP RAM timings and specs, and allows me to now run in dual-channel memory mode, all the while having 8GB more RAM for my PC. A total win-win, especially at this current price-point. I will update this if the memory deteriorates or fails, but so far, everything is performing well!

the memory came bent and didnt work...I just didnt request exchange because I ordered to Brazil and it would be a headache to send back /:

I bought 2 of these to match when upgrading the memory in a 2016 Acer All In One. Replacing the memory was easy enough and doubled the available memory for the system. Works great for improving performance making a machine that seemed really slow, almost to the point of not being usable, usable once again. Please NOTE I installed this memory along with replacing the hard drive with a SSD. The increase in performance was a combination of the two. Just the memory bump would have helped, but the two items in combination really improved performance.
