Putting a cat into any carrier is difficult as cats dont like to travel in a car generally, at least in my years of experience with several cats. When the carrier comes out, a cat KNOWS to leave the area, and he/she does quickly, but I have found that this carrier makes it a breeze to put a cat into it. This soft-sided carrier has room for a cat to move (turn around) and with a carpet-like mat, which appears to be comfortable, but best of all is the various entrances it has. It has four, count em, four, entrances/exits. One from the top, one on either end, and one on the side. Some of the entrances have mesh for breath-ability (air flow) and visitibility, but there is one that doesnt so that a cat who prefers not to look out can be accommodated as well. That one, by the way, has a small pocket on the outside. Our cat, for whom the carrier was purchased, weighs about 13 pounds and fits comfortably inside. We usually put him in through the top entrance as it seems to work better for all concerned. Even with him inside it, it is still easy to carry with the straps. Overall, I highly recommend it based on the short amount of time my husband and I have used it. Having said that, the fabric seems durable and cant imagine that we wont get years of use from it.

    Greater than one week

My baby boy is not a fan of being in a carrier but life happens and sometimes you have to take a trip to the vet! Getting him into a carrier is usually impossible but all the zippers on this one make it much easier! He is 11 lbs and fits into the Medium carrier with tons of space. We love the carrier so much that we will be purchasing another one for a baby girl we are adopting!

I bought this carrier to take my cat for a vet appointment. I left it out in the LR with a few cat treats, and now she sleeps in it a few nights a week. The many openings made it possible for the vet to exam her and give her shots while still in the carrier. It was also easy for her watch me on the drive.

I currently own a plastic cat carrier with the door on the front. Normally it works great but now I have to take two cats to the vet on the same day, so I needed to purchase a second carrier. I came across this one and decided to try it out. I am VERY HAPPY. 1. It arrived in a small, flat package. Upon opening it I saw that it collapses totally flat - which is great for storage!! 2. Setup/assembly was a piece of cake. Took a minute, if that. 3. The bottom where the pet sits is covered in a fleecy cover, which has a zipper so you can remove it to clean it. Another bonus! 4. My favorite part: There are doors that unzip from the small side, from the long side, AND the top!! This makes me so happy because normally my cats are terrified to come out once at the vet, and I always have to disassemble my plastic carrier to get them out.... which involves a million clips, and reassembly is always a pain. With this one, just unzip the top, and you have easy access to the whole pet! 5. The optional attachable shoulder strap is great. I normally wouldnt use it, but seeing as I have to carry TWO carriers this time, and my purse, having the option to sling it over my shoulder is a huge convenience! 6. It appears to be very sturdy. I cant confirm this for sure yet, as my vet appointment is later this week, so I havent carried a cat in it yet. But, I have high expectations! Overall if you are looking for a nice pet carrier that you can fold flat for storage, look no further! I may buy another one!

Best way to get your animal into its carrier-through the top! Pushing any animal head first into a confined space can be a war and scary for the animal. I used to have to break down the crate carrier to put my cat into it and then try yo put it back together while keeping my cat inside-almost impossible. Put a treat in the carrier and load them in through the top, zip and away! Sturdy enough my kittens sleep on the top of it without it collapsing.

Arrived quickly. Great size. Both my cats individually checked it out and hung around in it for a while. I’d call that a win!

Love the screened entrances for this carrier, easy to zip the top open and put the cat in the carrier. The carrier also made it easy for the Vet to get the cat to administer her vaccination. The screens allowed the cat to look out and get some air too.
