Arrived quickly. Great size. Both my cats individually checked it out and hung around in it for a while. I’d call that a win!

I purchased this because I wanted a kennel that could pack compactly for a Boundary Waters trip. My elderly 11 pound dog has always loved going to the BWCA, but he has intervertebral disc disease. I was thinking if we didn’t take him, he may never get to go again, but I wanted to be prepared to pack him out If he couldn’t handle the portage or sitting in the canoe. I did not expect much for the price. I expected it to only last for the trip, but I have been impressed! The kennel can be fully collapsed, if you unzip the flaps on both sides and remove the floor. With the flaps zipped up, the kennel holds its shape well, and there is a smaller zippered door on one side for the dog to go in and out. The bottom has a soft cover over a sturdy, impermeable plastic corrugated sheet that gives some insulation from the cold ground and is easy to take apart for washing. I did end up packing the dog out on the way out using the shoulder strap, because his back looked stiff. I was a little worried about what would happen if the canoe capsized while the dog was in the canoe. The top zips wide open, though, so I had the dog in his life jacket and unzipped the top so he wouldn’t be trapped in it in an accident (which didn’t happen, thankfully). The flooring kept him comfortable and dry in the canoe, even though there was some water on the bottom of the canoe. We continue to use the kennel. We let the dog sleep in it in our room, and I’ve taken it apart for washing twice. It’s a lot easier to carry around than the hard side kennel.

Bought and trashed 3 carriers before I found this one! There are 3 ways to get your pet into this carrier--both ends and top. All unzip for ease of use. Sturdy sides and reinforced bottom keeps pet secure. Large enough for a very large cat or smaller dog. My kitty weighs 14 # and there is a lot of leftover room. Shoulder strap or shorter handles make this carrier perfect. I leave ends open and carrier on the floor and my cat actually plays in this tunnel, so she isnt afraid when I put her in it for traveling. I LOVE IT!!

My cat really likes this carrier as it has mesh zipper sides to see through and easy to load her from the top. It was much more pleasant experience to the vet compared to my hard side plastic carrier.

We needed an extra carrier for trips to the vet. I chose this one because it zips open at the top, side and front, assembles in seconds, has a washable pad, two types of straps and is reasonably priced. It also has a slip pocket at one end, which is great for storing kittys health records. It just fits my female, Sable. She is 13 1/4 long from base of neck to base of tail; she weighs 13.6 lbs.--shes a little bit chunky. I set it up on Saturday. She checked it out for a few days and then on Tuesday, she went inside to chill out. I got a grey one; its very nice looking.

I have a very large cat. In fact, when he’s sleeping in a fully stretched position he’s longer than the cage by an inch. Due to COVID, airlines are not transporting pets as cargo, so my only option during an international move was to try to carry on my cat. This cage has a couple of rods at the top that give it rigidity, but make it kind of a solid box in practice. For airline travel, remove those. They are on the inside, you should feel them. There are holes on the fabric by the end of the rods, just push them through there. This will allow the carrier to collapse a little and fit under an airplane seat (which have irregular shapes). I flew in a Delta 737-900ER, on main cabin, right window seat. This carrier has the maximum dimensions allowed by Delta, but still, the dimensions for all under-seat areas of their aircrafts are smaller in one way or another. This is why they strongly recommend (almost require?) a soft sided carrier. Without the rods I was able to compact the app of the carrier to fit under the seat. The downside is that it’s very awkward to handle, because it collapses when you try to use the shoulder strap without the rods. You have to use the handles. With a 16lbs cat through JFK I got a solid trapezoid workout right there… My large cat? He was fine -when he gets scared he curls into a very small shape anyway, like any cat. They get into kind of a ball shape and become a little taller and wider, but much shorter. The height of the carrier really helps with this. In the end, I think going on the carry on and being supervised was the best thing to do for my cat. He looked comfortable in the carrier, but stressed by the situation. Do talk to your veterinarian about some medication to relax your cat. This was very very important. Without that I wouldn’t have been able to handle him through security, and knowing him, he would have been traumatized by the flight and the move. I’ve been through a move before and it took two days for him to come out of hiding. With that medication, all of this happened and he didn’t even care. He was exploring by night one.

When flying it is very important to have a lot of area open for the pups to get air. This has the perfect amount of space for my dog, purse, iPad, snacks and fits under the seat of the plane. Winnie loves it. I have already ordered a second one of the same carrier incase I need another one if she chews up the zipper or somehow ruins this one. I love the pink and the sparkle of this carrier!

I absolutely love this carrier, I bought it for my kitten and she fits perfect! Sadly my other cat seems to be a bit too well fed for this one.

I let my kitty explore it on her own before making a trip to the vet with it the following day, and she promptly curled up in it! The base is sturdy to give support when carrying and the carrier was easy for me to handle. I only added a towel so my kitty could feel even more hidden during the car ride and in the waiting room. Very happy with my purchase.
