I am traveling with my cat and it’s very specious for what it does, and for how we are traveling. Wanted something sturdy, safe, and something that fits the requirements for southwest. Flying on the 737-700 and the 737-Max 8. The carrier fit on both. No issues. Southwest is short on leg room so it’s a sacrifice on your comfort but you get your furbaby to travel safely.

I like this carrier! My cat will NOT go in a front loading carrier, so I got this one so I could put her in from the top opening. So much easier to get her in. The carrier seems pressure secure, she couldn’t scratch or claw her way out or open any zippers. Straps feel secure. My only issue is that the hard piece that goes in the bottom to make the carrier keep its shape is loose in there and doesn’t snap in or anything so when you pick the carrier up that can shift around awkwardly. But it’s got a nice soft bottom for her to lay on and a pocket on the back that I use to hold treats. I’d recommend this especially if your cat won’t go in a carrier with a front opening door lol. Btw my cat is 7 years old and weighs about 12 pounds. She is pretty big but she can lay comfortably in the carrier. She can’t really stand but she only lays in there anyway.

I used this too fly with my cat. It worked great except the shoulder strap broke. This fit under the seat with no issues. The cats appeared more comfortable on the plane than I was.

A friend recommended this carrier to me and I’m glad I made the purchase before a recent trip to the vet. The carriers arrived the day before and I left them out and open for my two kittens to explore. They loved the plush floor pad. On the day of their vet visit it was way less stressful loading them in as opposed to my prior front loading hard shell carrier. The Easy Vet carrier offers front and top loading options and the mesh “windows” made it easy for me to keep an eye on them during the trip. I positioned the mesh windows so they could see one another which they loved. I also appreciated the fact that the cover for the floor pad can be unzipped for easy washing and that carrying options include both side straps and a shoulder strap. My super senior cat also stuck his head in the carrier to check it out.

My cat usually hates the carrier but with this too loader and side zipper he could see me the whole car ride. Love it!

I mostly like this. It seems sturdy, although I havent had it very long. I like that its top load, which actually makes it possible to get my skittish cat in it. The only thing I really dont like is that its too small. I have one 5 month old and one older but very small 7 lb cat. I dont like that they cant stand up in it, and its just barely big enough for them to turn around. They cant turn around without pushing the sides. Thankfully its soft sided. I would give it 5 stars if it was bigger.

Nicely constructed with many zippers to easily get the cat in and out of the carrier

I purchased two of the medium and two of the large size to bring my four cats on a five-day cross country move. I switched from hard plastic carriers to these, both for cat comfort and safety since these can be seat-belted right into the car. I am very happy with both sizes of carriers. The photos are of the larger carrier, but both are very similar. Top and front door options helped to get cats in and out relatively easily. The pad appeared to be comfortable for them. We had two urine incidents, and the pads were easy to un-zip and wash the covers in hotel sinks and were dry enough by morning to put them back into the carriers. The pad was absorbent enough that nothing got through to the car seat at all (and boy do I appreciate that!). The cats did claw a bit, but for five days I think the carriers held up amazingly well and will last us for a long time. Photo is from after the trip. Size-wise, my largest cat is just over 16 lbs, and although she couldnt stand up in the carrier, she was able to turn circles with no problems and they were laying down most of the trip anyway. We used both the hand-carry handles and the shoulder straps during the trip and both ways felt sturdy. After the trip, the pad covers got machine-washed, rest of the carriers wiped down, and all folded up easily for storage, with the four taking up less space than a single hard plastic carrier did. I am very glad that I bought these and my fur babies made it to our destination safely.

My cat loves it. She even jumped in it a few times voluntarily during a 20+ hour car journey to nap during our trip. Obviously she got sick of being cooped up sometimes, but overall likes it and finds it comfy. She occasionally hops in just for fun. I highly recommend introducing your kitties to their carriers with no pressure ahead of time (so they can play in/on/around them, get treats inside them, etc) before you have to stuff them in for a vet visit or stressful travel situation, and leave them out so theyre accessible to your cats when theyre not being used. Their familiarity with the carriers will become more comforting and less stress-inducing during travel. This carrier is sturdy and a decent value, I just wish it had a velcro thingy to combine the handbag carry straps into a shoulder strap (or something like that) since our other carrier does and its very helpful. The top loading and front loading options are great, the girls sat on top during our journey (when we let them take breaks from being cooped up) and could put themselves to bed inside them whenever they wanted, then when we needed to zip them up for safety, the top opening was usually the easiest for all of us. Honestly its pretty cute and looks totally unobtrusive in the basement corner next to their other carrier and travel litter box. Can confidently recommend this product!
