> 24 hourKid didnt start using this bike until learning how to confidently walk. I was worried that the bike wasnt going to be used when there was not interest in that learning to walk phase. I eat my words because this thing is zooming around my house every day. Best purchase we could have made. Doesnt mark up our floors and hasnt made dents in the walls. Wheels go in all directions so able to move it all around. Easy to assemble when following a video example. Cant wait until the bike actually starts being ridden instead of pushed around like it is now. For reference our 1yo is in the top 5 percentile for height and cannot place feet flat on the floor when sitting on the bike. Will come soon and then we will be in big (but fun) trouble.

> 24 hourMy baby (11 months) isn’t walking on his own just yet, however, he can walk around with toys such as this one. I have a couple others for him, but he seems to like this one the most bc he can ride on it or walk with it. He also loves how it moves in any direction easily. I would recommend an infant/toddler helmet if your little one isn’t sturdy when walking.

> 24 hourPurchased this for my granddaughter who turned 1. She is a tiny little girl who is able to sit on it a ride around the house. The floors are hardwood. The wheels roll nice and the bike is sturdy. Perfect for a child who is learning to walk. I would purchase it again and recommend it.

> 24 hourWe bought this product for our daughters first birthday. She was little for her age and had a little difficulty getting on but she mastered it very quickly. She loves it! It is easy for the little ones to maneuver and it is very light weight. I would give this five stars except for the tipping face first hazard. Because of the design when the little one gets going their center of gravity is forward over the handle bars. Also if they get stuck on something they push and over they go. They can easily tip forward if they run into something (rug, foot, toy, threshold, etc.) And because of the age of the rider they dont know how to catch themselves and will land on their faces! I think this problem could be fixed if the design was tweaked a little by having the handle tip back towards the seat and not tipping forward. Other than that this is a great first bike for the little ones!

> 24 hourOur grandson immediately stopped using his other walker when this one arrived. It’s very easy for him to maneuver with the 360-wheels, to the point he’s learned to stop and turn before banging the wall as he did with the other walker. And can he go! At 12 months, he’s still too short to use it as a scooter, but he will try to sit on it. The other notable thing is its silence. With so many toys making sounds, singing songs or glowing lights, this one is “mute”. There is no immediate reinforcement. It’s teaching him that he actually has to put some effort into it to achieve pleasure. Additionally, the baby’s parents were very grateful for a bit of quiet. It is not only the baby’s favorite 1st birthday present but his parents, too.

> 24 hourWe ordered the Ybike for our daughter long before she was ready to walk. In the beginning I would seat her on the bike (her feet not yet able to reach the floor) and push her around in the house. She quickly understood the concept of holding on to the round handle however as her feet where still dangling she would start to slide if I didnt also hold the round handle from behind her. As soon as my daughter was able to stand we started standing her up in front of the bike holding the handle. Initially we needed to hold the bike to prevent it from rolling away. In no time at all my daughter was pushing the bike around un-aided and learning to steer and turn around. She still wasnt tall enough to sit on the bike and wasnt walking, only cruising. The bike gave her freedom to move around the main floor of the house and follow us around as we did various household tasks. I recommend using the Ybike on carpet for the first couple of days as it wont roll away from your child quite as easily. The Ybike is easy to build and was sturdy enough for my 7 year old cousin to zoom around on for a couple weeks while visiting. My daughter walks now however she still enjoys running around with her Ybike.

> 24 hourI bought one of these for a grandson 8 years ago and now buy one for every child needing a gift -- based on request! Kids love it and it takes quite a while to outgrow it because its so open. Incredibly durable, only color fading if left outside.
