> 3 dayThese vitamins are the same ones that I purchase at the pharmacy or supermarket. They come in soft red gel caps that are easy to swallow and there is no unpleasant flavor. My optometrist recommended that I take them and said there have been medical studies done that back up the fact that they help improve eye strength and they are beneficial in treating moderate to advanced age-related macular degeneration. There are some side effects so talk to your doctor. I found these vitamins on Amazon for a lot less than I pay elsewhere.
