Exactly as described. This was my first attempt at installing a mounted detector myself. Finished in under 20 minutes, works great, and looks as good as if I had hired a shop to put it in. The kit has multiple fuse box connectors including one that works perfectly on a 2020 Ford Mustang. Nice.

Ive used a number of different kits for detectors and cameras. This is definitely one of the better ones. Everything you need is included, even a fuse puller. A wide assortment of taps will cover most vehicles. The cord is long enough to reach whede you need it, while the rj side is reinforced which is not true on many others.

Unfortunately once fuseTap is connected in the fuse box, cover cant be closed. This is something thats missing from all reviews, but it needs to be noted.

The wiring itself is of great quality and I really do think this is a great bang for your buck solution. Highly recommend!

Very easy to install in the fuse box. Appreciated that the kit came with everything I needed - fuse remover, multiple type of fuse connectors etc. The power cord is plenty long for SUV. Only slight problem was the ground wire head was too small for the only available grounding point/nut that was close to the fuse box. Hope this lasts now…

Easy to install. Just choose the right fuse tap and have at it!

The only thing that would help this product would be a note or a identification of color wires to ford trucks whats hot12v and what’s ground. And maybe other vehicles not everyone has a volt meter or tester.

I have used this kit on other vehicles. The add a circuit seems to work good on most vehicles, but may not work on some newer cars with odd fuses. Seems to be high quality and I have had no issues with the kits that have been installed. Overall, I would recommend this kit for your next install.

This product is outstanding and the company thought of everything. This kit included Three different fuse types to easily tap your fuse panel under the dash. The tap doesnt disturb the original circuit and provides a 5 amp fuse to power the device, in my case a radar detector. The uncoiled power cord allowed easy running up my A-Pillar to the head liner. The kit was packaged well, included multiple taps for three different fuse types including the three types of 5 ampere fuses, straight power cord of excellent length, and spare glass fuses for the in-line fuse leading to your device. The package also arrived the Next Day as advertised.

This saved me over a $100 to have it installed professionally I did it in under 15 works great !
