This did not work at all for me. I did change the load order to DVD in the bios. but disc still would not load.

This did what it was supposed to do.

Got my computer back to running mode. Was very satisfied

This is a legitimate product. No product key which is fine, but the OS version is from 2015 which causes a host of compatibility issues. This is free to download so the least they could do is send a current version.

geek squad try to charge me more for fixing and updating my laptop. I brought this item and it took care of needs and wallet.

It worked I was able to get back into my computer thanks.
