Tried a couple times, returned as it did nothing. The exact same result I had without the disk.

I guess if you need a reboot repair or re-install doesnt mean re-install. Silly me. The card says that it will NOT re-stall windows 10. But the description says it will.

I needed a product to repair my computer, this disc did that.

Description CLEARLY States that this will re install my windows, The disk comes with a note stating that this will NOT re install my windows. There is NO email support, but comes with a card claiming 24/7 email support.

Worked exactly as it was suppose to! No complaints here!

Product booted to blank screen. In safe mode booted to blank screen that said Safe mode Fortunately a friend of mine had a repair disk that actually worked and I was able to boot and fix the problem. Disk came with a note saying contact us for assistance before leaving a bad review. I did send them an email and never heard back. Asking Amazon for my money back.
