There was a problem with the disk, and it wouldnt boot. The drive made crazy sounds when it was inserted. An old disc booted fine, so the drive was not the problem. Poor quality assurance on this product. The company initiated a refund, so I gave 2 stars rather than 1 star.

After instal this windows on my pc Always restarting ,

It was an easy situp for my knowing my thing and the instructions on the DVD fix

No instructions with CD and it did same thing with same error as windows 10 repair

Ordered the product, followed instructions end it didn’t work. Instructions with the product stressed that I don’t give bad reviews but to email them for help, they stated they could fix almost any problem. I emailed twice and got no reply.

I think this worked. But maybe just redoing everything cleaned my laptop up

This is a legitimate product. No product key which is fine, but the OS version is from 2015 which causes a host of compatibility issues. This is free to download so the least they could do is send a current version.

No boot up

When you type in the support help it dont work. Theres no way of getting help.
