Im an experienced software/hardware tech. Ive been working professionally with various OS and networks since the 80s. A relative had a running CPU where Windows 7 was glitchy and had some pretty annoying issues. I used the disk for a quick fix to to get things back in shape because the user didnt want to upgrade from Win7. It was a disaster. After running the CD and going through all of the repair options the CPU wouldnt even boot independently and crashed over and over. I was so frustrated and annoyed that we bought a new CPU with WIN10 just to be done with it.

This did not do what it was suppose to do. It is advertised as a “reinstall” disc. And it is for nothing but bug fixes. If it even does that. And once opened to see that it wasn’t what it was suppose to be, can not be returned.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this disc. It does not reinstall, fix or restore windows 7. It is a waste of time and money and I echo what all the other negative reviews said. They advertise it as a reinstall then send a card stating they don’t advertise it as such. Wonder how many people they have made money off of fraudulently with this scam. DON’T BUY THIS ITEM!!! It does not work!!!

Good quality

I was able to fix my Windows 7. I did lose all my pictures, movies, ect. But it restored my Windows 7. So to the fact that if lost all my stuff... cant get it back I dont think. Also since I did lose everything I went ahead and upgraded to Windows 10. So the total cost of me restoring my laptop and upgrading the operating system cost me about $8. You can download Windows 10 for free. Just look around and youll find a free download of Windows 10. Then look around for working keys.

This little disc did the trick! Since my computer is older, I was so glad it booted back up that I got a thumb drive and started saving everything I did while its still working!!
