They refunded the money since it didn’t work which is a good thing

First, it doesn’t work. Second, there’s zero support. When this product failed to get my Win7 OS back up and running, I emailed them and provided a detailed description of the problem, what I did step-by-step and all of the resulting screen messages. They claim quick turnaround, but days passed, and I never have received a reply! Bottom line: hype aside, this software simply is worthless.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. I bought to repair 3 old desktops, 2 of 3 went perfectly, 3rd had hardware damage. So not the disks fault it did not work.

My laptop crashed, this was my last option. Worked!

This did not do what it was suppose to do. It is advertised as a “reinstall” disc. And it is for nothing but bug fixes. If it even does that. And once opened to see that it wasn’t what it was suppose to be, can not be returned.

In the hope that it will work till it starts to install the windows. At the beginning, all the hard disks can be detected by the computer. After some time for the installing, it pops up an error message can not be installed. The I restarted the computer, then all the hard disks can not be found or detected.

This did not work and only received a 1.13 back when I returned it.

Description says reinstall but when the disk arrives instructions say it will not reinstall to factory settings. This disk is only to help fix a windows boot problem which I do not have. - waste of money

You need to just buy a new computer and the hell with it.
