Does nothing it claims to do. Total waste of time and money.

I was able to fix my Windows 7. I did lose all my pictures, movies, ect. But it restored my Windows 7. So to the fact that if lost all my stuff... cant get it back I dont think. Also since I did lose everything I went ahead and upgraded to Windows 10. So the total cost of me restoring my laptop and upgrading the operating system cost me about $8. You can download Windows 10 for free. Just look around and youll find a free download of Windows 10. Then look around for working keys.

Not sure what it was supposed to do, but its been stuck in this screen for two days. I cant even get it to boot up so that I can try recovery/format/backup. And I also found out that it DOES NOT HAVE WINDOWS 7 to reinstall or recover with your machines Microsoft product code. So Im still gonna have to figure out a way to install an operating system if I can ever get it to boot up.

Horrible. The description states multiple times that it re-installs windows 7. It does not. I guess its supposed to repair your win7, but it didnt do anything to my laptop but make the problem worse. Do not buy this if you need to completely re-install windows 7 on your computer. Zero stars.

it says in big bold letters in the title - INSTALL TO FACTORY DEFAULT - but when you get the disk theres a note in there saying, this disk will NOT restore your windows to factory default settings (our Amazon listings clearly say that). So they are very intently misleading and manipulating for a sale.
