Not sure this is a fix all for necks like they try and make it look like but it does stretch your neck and it feels good while your using it. The pressure point things on it do nothing.

Feels like its helping regain curve in my neck. I lie on this 1 hour a day and my arms dont go numb when I sleep any more.

Since my husband got in a wreck a few years ago, he’s had a lot of back issues. He followed the instructions to the letter, and I can see by the look he gets that it works just the way he needed

After reading the reviews I thought this was worth a try. First use was 5 minutes and it did provide some relief. I’ve been 5 minutes 3x a day and it continues to provide some relief but I can tell I will need continued use. My neck has no curve so I hope this will help. I do not ‘feel’ the stretch but I can tell it’s doing something.

Are use this product for TMJ relief. It was effective however, not some thing I could use to fall asleep.

Didnt think this would work as well as it does for my neck pain. Just 10 minutes a day is all you need.

Ill stick my neck out here and give this product a high rating. After long drives I often have a sore or stiff neck...this product helps stretch out the sore muscles. I use it often.

Staring at a computer all day makes for a very tense neck. Laying on the floor on this thing for just 10 minutes makes me nearly delirious from the pain relief. I dont understand how it works, I think it is magic. Was recommended by my cousin and bought one for my mother in law, will continue to spread the word about this amazing invention ❤️
