This product works fast to relieve neck pain. After the first use, my neck pain was gone. I use lying on the floor. I tried lying in the bed, but that did not feel right to me. My neck pain was caused by my bowing my head while reading. I have not needed to take any pain medication since using this snd I do not wake up with neck pain.

Since my husband got in a wreck a few years ago, he’s had a lot of back issues. He followed the instructions to the letter, and I can see by the look he gets that it works just the way he needed

The RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer has been a significant aid in managing my chronic neck and shoulder pain and TMJ symptoms, largely due to its ergonomic design and cervical traction feature. It provides a comfortable and supportive surface that helps alleviate tension and stress after a long day. Despite initial discomfort, consistent use has led to increased comfort and noticeable relief. While not a miracle cure, its a practical, non-invasive solution for anyone dealing with similar issues. Patience and consistent use are key to fully reap its benefits.

I have neck and shoulder pain. I was skeptical at first but the first time I tried it I noticed a difference after 10 minites.

Didnt think this would work as well as it does for my neck pain. Just 10 minutes a day is all you need.

I got mine a little over a week ago. My neck was in so much pain. I used it twice for 5 minutes each time on the first day. The next day I noticed a huge difference. It really loosened up my neck muscles. I have been using it consistently before I go to bed at night on the beginner side. It really works. Im not ready for the other side yet. The positioning is very similar to the positioning my massage therapist uses to stretch my neck. She rests my head on her hands and gives my neck a stretch. Definity recommend.

I’m actually crying as I’m writing this review because I’m so happy!! 5 stars isn’t enough for this pillow. I have scoliosis so my back isn’t great to begin with. After starting an office job that required countless hours on a laptop, I started to develop this hideous lump on my neck and extreme tightness in my shoulders. I couldn’t stand up straight, was in pain and tried everything I could to hide this ugly neck of mine. I decided to try this pillow (because why not). I figured I’d return it if I didn’t like it. THIS PICTURE IS FROM ONE WEEK OF USE. ONE. WEEK. I couldn’t find any before and after pics so I wanted to leave my review in hopes that this will help someone else! After the first use, I woke up in the middle of night extremely sore. In fact, I was sore the entire next day all down my back to my hips. I could feel a shift in my spine. The instructions have you put your arms out in a ‘touchdown’ position and for the first 3 days I couldn’t lay them flat on the ground, they just kind of hung there and went numb. By day 4, I was stretched enough to where my arms lay comfortable next to me and I look forward to using this pillow before bed. Please try if you have a similar issue!!

It works. Feel less pain. Had a bad sprain on my left. Strengthens my neck a little better. It takes time to improve your neck but better than pillows . It’s only for exercise for ten minutes. Not for sleeping. Thank you.

All I can say is ... OMG my neck feels so much better after using for 25min a day for 3 days. I have some major issues with arthritis and bones spurs in my upper back and neck. Nothing I have tried has helped much until now. I have tried invertion tables, chiropractic, topical, medication, pain killers, herbal remedies and more.
