I have been using this robot vac/mop for over a year and I am very pleased with it. My only real gripe is wishing the battery lasted longer other than that this is one of those purchases that I will never regret! LOL. It makes my days so much easier to let it run in the kitchen/bathroom and entryway

I initially paid way more money for the Irobot and it turned out to be very loud and had too many complications. This however was far superior and way cheaper! I was surprised at how smart it is, actually learning the layout of the house by using linear movements rather than picking a random direction and hoping for the best. The mop feature is simple but great for my laminate floors. Before starting up the robot I did a good sweep and vacuum of the entire floor then I let the robot do its thing, I couldnt believe at the amount of dirt and cat hair this thing picked up in under an hour. Overall a great purchase and I say anyone should choose this brand over the upcharged competition.

I bought this vacuum after my parents bragged about it. I LOVE THIS! connecting to internet was a little of a pain as my home wifi requires Mac addresses to be put in first and I had to connect it to wifi to get that information, but once it was running I was extremely impressed with it on hardwood floors. Doesnt do the best on my bedroom carpet but its pretty plush. With feet sensory issues I was impressed to walk across the floor barefoot and not have to put socks on or clean my feet off. Will see how this does with time but so far so good.

I love having this thing. It’s convenient and saves me time when I’m doing other things. Great suction, I love the straight lines and the mopping feature is semi okay. I wish it would pick up where it left off when it’s done charging. Since it only cleans the living room and kitchen in one charge, I have to manually take it into the other rooms and close the door so that it will actually clean them without going back to the living room. Overall, the mapping could use a lot of improvement but for the price, it’s good. I also wish I could use the manual mode without having to completely stop the cleaning and mess up the mapping. You have to stop it, switch to manual and then drive it. And even so, I still can’t seem to get it to continue in that same direction. It also takes a really long time for it to find The charging station. I’m still figuring out the best way to use this vacuum to clean the whole house and not just the main areas. Overall, I don’t regret the purchase, but I can definitely see where it’s lacking compared to higher end brands.

probably a great product for a bigger house with very minimal furniture, and open spaces . I have a small place (1100 sq ft) and it was just a pinball bouncing from one piece of furniture to the next. getting stuck everywhere prompting me to get up from my desk and check where its stuck and readjust- all day.

I seem to be more excited about having an issue which had me contact support than if I never had an issue to begin with. I already had the Tuya Smart App installed for another product so after adding the vacuum I was exploring the features and tapped the Map button. This would attempt to display another screen then the Tuya Smart App would completely crash. All the other functions for the vacuum seemed to work with no issue but the Map would never display and always crash the Tuya app. I contacted Tikom support who had me verify I was using the current version of the Tuya Smart app and gathered the Virtual ID and Upload Log for Tuya. This info was then passed along to Tuya support. The next day Tuya had found the mapping issue and the following day the issue was resolved. 11/29/22 - Initial contact with Tikom support 12/01/22 - Issue with Tuya Smart app resolved

Vacuums very well, climbs under beds and sofas and thoroughly cleans every corner. Wipes the floor, but does not remove heavy stains. I am very happy with the purchase. Necessary helper in the house.

I like it. Will I buy another? Probably not. Here’s why. It needs a babysitter. It’s just 2 of us and we’re tidy but you have to vacuum proof your house before you let it go. It gets stuck under certain recliners, dressers, etc. if the clearance is too low. You must make sure all cords are out of reach. I could easily vacuum myself in 1/2 the time this takes but then… where’s the fun in that. It does however, do a great job in picking up dirt and hair! It’s unbelievable what this little thing comes back with! Also I can’t find replacement filters to fit. I’m still searching and the filter is pretty clogged. I think I would go with a more recognizable brand with easy to find replacement parts next time.

Mi primera Robot aspiradora. Superó mis expectativas. La llamé Esperancita lol -Así sea una de una marca no tan conocida, el robot funciona muy bien. -No es silenciosa, pero su succion es potente. -Los sensores son muy buenos. No se cae por las escaleras, por lo que puede usar la tira magnética para evadir otras ares de la casa en vez -Recuerda con que ha chocado o que areas no ha recorrido aún. -El tanque de agua es pequeño, pero es suficiente para trapear todo un piso. -El escaneo de la casa no es tan bueno. No es muy exacto ni tampoco lo recordara la siguiente vez. -Al cambiar de modo (de automático a esquinas o manual, por ejemplo) el recorrido que ha hecho se borra y comienza el proceso de nuevo, por lo que volverá a recorrer la casa como si fuese la primera vez. -Las llantas son grandes y potentes, no se estanca fácilmente. -Cuando trapea, una vez el trapo se ha mojado mucho el robot se estancará (necesita que se escurra manualmente el trapo o se cambie por otro). Si uno no se percata de cual es el problema y la obliga a seguir trabajando, la maquina soltará aun más agua y dejara empapado el piso, por lo que es recomendable pasar un trapeador y secar el piso inmediatamente (si el piso es de laminado esto podría dañarlo ya que se podría filtrar el agua entre las placas) -Servicio al cliente es muy efectivo y te responden en menos de 24h. -Funciona bien con Alexa sin embargo solo se puede encender o apagar con el comando de voz (no hay forma de retornar el robot a la base para cargar la batería con Alexa) -El control remoto no es de largo alcance, debe estar cerca al robot para funcionar.
