> 3 dayWhy didnt i purchase one of these years ago? I was skeptical about its ability, but it does a better job than I do of getting into corners and under table. I was also surprised at its ability to pick up. The brushes and rollers do an excellent job in concert with one another. Im ashamed to say I was apalled at the amout of material I found the dust bin and the sad realization I had been living in filth and was clueless. Do take your time in preparing the space by picking up items that might get trapped and rerouting wires to lamps and fixtures that it might become entangled in. I am totally pleased with its performance and would recommend it without hesiatation.

> 3 dayIm so glad that I finally bit the bullet and bought one. Ive only had it for a few days and I already can tell an improvement in my mental health. No joke. I never realized how much looking at crumbs all day triggered me. Im a SAHM and very pregnant right now and I just needed this in my life. I did. My 4 year old sheds crumbs everywhere she goes. God love her, I dont know how she does it. Its like they just roll off her shoulders all day or something. That, plus two cats, means I was sweeping like 8 times a day. And then like an hour later, the floor looked gross again. It really stressed me out. I held off on buying one of these because I assumed we had too many obstacles and I would constantly have to go save it or do too much cleaning beforehand to make it worth it. But it does a good job considering all thats stacked against it. We have a 1200 square foot house filled with about 800 square feet of junk. Are there areas that it misses or gets confused about? YES. Do I occasionally have to save it? Also, yes. But it is still worth it. It successfully cleans about 90% of the house with little interference from me and the battery life is more than enough. Some things Ive learned. Location of the charger dock matters. We had trouble with it not going in one particular room, but once we moved the port, it did fine. Wet the mop pad beforehand and put it the Robot damp. Less streaky that way. Mop feature BTW is nothing to write home about, but is good for in between heavy duty hand mopping. App is good, love all the different modes.

> 3 dayI usually vacuum 2 times a day, and mop 2 times a week. We have 3 dogs here in Arizona and constantly dealing with a lot of dirt, dust, and slobber on our dark wood floors. Using this for a few days has cut down on the cleaning immensely. I see myself only doing a deep cleaning once a week for mopping. Im very, very Happy with this product!

Greater than one weekThe robot vacuum and mop did a wonderful job cleaning our floors. Havent tried the mop yet but expect excellent results as well. Havent tried the remote as the automatic setting worked really well. Most importantly, it saves both my daughter and myself back pain. It is cheaper than hiring someone to come in and clean.

> 3 dayWeve never had anything like this, pure novices. Two months in now though. The mop function sounded good but its pretty worthless. But we use it almost every night to dust up and its been great to have. No worries with stairs, it stops there. We do have some couches that it wants to go under and almost can so it often gets stuck there. But its great around the kitchen table, chairs, stools, rugs, even our foam mats in the kitchen, etc. Havent used the magnetic barrier because that seems a great nuisance and not really practical. If you could mark the territory and have it learn it, then remove the tape, then maybe. But it doesnt learn the territory. It maps as it goes to make sure its covering the area in a systematic way, but doesnt remember anything (which is reasonable because chairs could shift, or the base could). It sometimes can find its way home but not always. Since it has a map of where it came from, where its been, and where it is (I can see it on the handy app), I would assume it could head straight home when its done or low on charge or we send it....but it wanders around and struggles to find the base. Not a huge deal to pick it up and put it there when that happens, but its not ideal. I do like the app. The remote is fine for basic start/stop/go home, but manually driving it around doesnt work too hot.

> 3 dayWe don’t have a massive house or apartment but the battery is somehow always out when we need it. The retaining capacity of the battery is very bad. In terms of function it does the work as required but what’s the point of that if you can’t use it when you want.

> 3 dayWorks great for us! We have a large and open 1st floor with wood and a few area rugs on it. We have a dog that sheds a lot, so now we can run this little robot every day to get most of the dog hair picked up. The instructions are very good and it is easy to set up and connect to the wifi. The mobile app is also very good and helpful. It allows setting the different cleaning modes (we have only tried the normal cleaning mode, not the mopping one). It allows you to see a map of where the robot has already cleaned and set schedules for cleaning. I was also positively surprised how it gets itself unstuck from cables and other obstacles we have and how it does find its hidden charging station every time. In our house, it cleans for around 75 mins covering 900 square feet before needing to re-charge, which is almost all our 1st floor. It won’t replace all our own vacuuming, but it helps to just vacuum once a week and leave the daily job to this little robot. Wishes for improvements: You can mark off areas from the cleaning, but you need to use that special tape they give you, which is not a lot. It would be nice to be able to mark off things via normal blue paint tape or in the app. Since we have such a large cleaning area it would be nice to be able to divide it into two sections and have independent schedules for each one. But overall for the price, it is a great product!

> 3 dayThis vacuum/mop has changed my life. I have 3 dogs and 20 acres of land. They love to go outside and play and bring in dirt, leaves, mud etc. It does a great job on my hardwood floors and with the touch of a button it will clean up the messes they bring in allowing me to continue working. (Work from home) the vacuum feature seems to pick up everything from hard floors that’s been put in its way. Looks to also do a great job on the carpets as well but I still prefer to give them a regular vacuum every few days. My dogs do not shed much so I cannot speak for that. The mopping is great and allows you to regulate the amount of water it uses so they dry quite quickly as well. Would def recommend, especially at this price point.
