Es práctica y alivia la tarea de aseo en casa. La aspiradora es bastante buena, aunque en espacios estrechos y equinas no puede llegar, así que es algo que hay que hacer con el método tradicional. La trapeadora es buena si el piso no tiene manchas gruesas, porque no limpia completamente. Tiene la opción de limpieza smart, pero no es muy eficiente. Puede hacer varias pasadas por el mismo sitio y, eventualmente, no limpiar una habitación (creo que este detalle debe ser revisado por el fabricante). Cuáles son las ventajas: aspirada y limpia mientras UD se ocupa de otras cosas, puede activarla mediante la aplicación cuando no esté en casa, ahorra tiempo, tiene una batería con carga para 1 hora lo cual le permite cubrir un área de unos 80 m2. Desventajas: debe UD repasar la tarea con los medios tradicionales, según su grado de pulcritud. Advertencia: no es una desventaja, pero cuando lo pone a limpiar debe retirar los obstáculos como cables, alfombras altas u otras cosas, para que no se enrede o se traben las ruedas. Conclusión: !!!vale la pena¡¡¡

This is our second Tikom robo vac. The first one was a model 2700 to replace our aging iRobot. The 2700 is slim and can go under sofa and bed and doesnt get stuck as easily as the iRobot. It works well for us, except we had to carry it up and down stairs to clean both floors. So when the G8000 came out we put in an order. Its mopping function makes a lot of sense for our first floor which is primarily hardwood floors. The idea was to keep one on each floor. The G8000 arrived quickly and with nice packaging. It is slightly thicker than the slim 2700, which makes sense because it has to fit a water tank for mopping. Set up was quick and the phone app works fine. It also comes with a remote control so you can operate without a phone. Tested it and it works, but we prefer to use the phone app anyways (instead looking for the remote). The mopping function works well. We were initially surprised by the small water tank. But it is pretty efficient with water. It mops with a damp cloth attached to the underside of the water tank via velcros. Cleaning the 1000sq ft hardwood floor takes about a tank of water, perfect for our home. Its pretty easy to clean too. If you take off the water tank, it become a regular vac. In this case it is very similar to the 2700 that we have. Pretty effective. So this is our set up -- the 2700 lives upstairs, going under the beds and around dressers to clean carpeted areas. The new 8000 stays downstairs doing mopping most of the time. Each has their own charging station. No need to carry them up and down anymore. Its been a month so far and we like this.

For the money, you can’t go wrong. It works pretty well for both vacuuming and mopping. It doesn’t get stuck as often as I expected. As long as the dirt is aligned between the brushes it gets picked up. Wetting the mop cloth helps a lot. It’s inconsistent in negotiating rooms. It will successfully do a full clean without getting at stuck. The next day it will get stuck on something it had successfully negotiated the day before. It would be nice if you could control more with Alexa, or if she could relay the alerts. I don’t understand the point of the map, you can’t edit or use them at all. Overall it’s a great value, and it works well enough for what we need.

I had purchased another brand of roomba a couple years ago and ended up returning it because I didnt like how that vacuum was bumping its way randomly in the room and how long it took to clean. I decided to give this one a try since now we are all working from home. This machine looks much slimer and neater than the other brand I had, the charging station is also smaller. It runs in a parallel pattern than can make sure that areas are reached and cleaned faster. I am also very pleased that for the price I am paying, I am also getting a mopping feature, you can set spot mopping and get tougher stains out. The mopping clothe is super easy to clean, I normally wash it a couple times during one cleaning session. I dont expect to replace my handheld with this vacuum 100% of the time, but this machine does give me a deeper cleaning, as it goes over the whole room reaching each corner and going under my furniture, while my handheld can be used to get the dust out right away whenever I need to pick up the debris. I guess it is also due to the size of the machine, I need to charge it after vacuuming each room, so I usually dont schedule the whole house in one day, which is fine with me. I have been using this machine for over 2 months now, overall, I am very pleased with this product and hope it lasts!

Bought it as a gift for my MIL & she loves it. No complaints about it.

I recently purchased the Tikom Robot Vacuum with high hopes of a convenient and efficient cleaning solution. Unfortunately, my experience with this product left much to be desired, ultimately leading me to return it due to persistent issues with the sweeping attachments and frustrating functionality. First and foremost, the sweeping attachments of the Tikom Robot Vacuum proved to be a major disappointment. During use, they constantly fell off, greatly diminishing the vacuums effectiveness in picking up dirt and debris. This flaw significantly impacted the cleaning performance, as the attachments would detach frequently, requiring constant monitoring and reattachment. To make matters worse, whenever I picked up the vacuum to reattach the sweeping attachments, it would reset the cleaning process. This forced me to start the cleaning cycle all over again, wasting both time and energy. The lack of memory or a resume function made it impractical and frustrating to use the vacuum efficiently. These issues with the sweeping attachments and functionality severely hindered the overall effectiveness and convenience of the Tikom Robot Vacuum. It failed to provide the seamless and hands-free cleaning experience that I expected from a robotic vacuum. In terms of positive aspects, the vacuum did have decent suction power and was capable of picking up dirt and debris when the attachments remained in place. The cleaning pattern was relatively thorough, and the vacuum navigated around furniture reasonably well. Additionally, the battery life was adequate for cleaning medium-sized areas without needing frequent recharging. However, these few positives were overshadowed by the recurring issues with the sweeping attachments and the frustrating reset of the cleaning process. The lack of durability and reliability in the attachment mechanism significantly detracted from the vacuums overall performance and usability. In conclusion, I found the Tikom Robot Vacuum to be a disappointing purchase due to its persistent issues with the sweeping attachments and frustrating functionality. The constant detachment of the sweeping attachments, coupled with the reset of the cleaning process upon reattachment, made it an impractical and frustrating cleaning solution. I ultimately decided to return the vacuum and explore other options that offer more reliable performance and functionality.

Mi primera Robot aspiradora. Superó mis expectativas. La llamé Esperancita lol -Así sea una de una marca no tan conocida, el robot funciona muy bien. -No es silenciosa, pero su succion es potente. -Los sensores son muy buenos. No se cae por las escaleras, por lo que puede usar la tira magnética para evadir otras ares de la casa en vez -Recuerda con que ha chocado o que areas no ha recorrido aún. -El tanque de agua es pequeño, pero es suficiente para trapear todo un piso. -El escaneo de la casa no es tan bueno. No es muy exacto ni tampoco lo recordara la siguiente vez. -Al cambiar de modo (de automático a esquinas o manual, por ejemplo) el recorrido que ha hecho se borra y comienza el proceso de nuevo, por lo que volverá a recorrer la casa como si fuese la primera vez. -Las llantas son grandes y potentes, no se estanca fácilmente. -Cuando trapea, una vez el trapo se ha mojado mucho el robot se estancará (necesita que se escurra manualmente el trapo o se cambie por otro). Si uno no se percata de cual es el problema y la obliga a seguir trabajando, la maquina soltará aun más agua y dejara empapado el piso, por lo que es recomendable pasar un trapeador y secar el piso inmediatamente (si el piso es de laminado esto podría dañarlo ya que se podría filtrar el agua entre las placas) -Servicio al cliente es muy efectivo y te responden en menos de 24h. -Funciona bien con Alexa sin embargo solo se puede encender o apagar con el comando de voz (no hay forma de retornar el robot a la base para cargar la batería con Alexa) -El control remoto no es de largo alcance, debe estar cerca al robot para funcionar.

Im so happy with this robot vacuum. Like most people, I had already heard of the iRobot Roomba, but was put off by the price and the overwhelming number of models currently on the market, some of which are $800! Madness. This TIKOM is a fantastic option for people looking for a quality product without breaking the bank. I have a 1-bed apartment with 2 cats, and this thing has completely changed my routine. No more vacuuming up litter and hair every morning, this handy thing just does it while I get ready for the day. I havent figured out how to get it to map the different rooms, but just using the automatic cleaning feature works just fine for me. Sometimes I use manual mode if Im in a rush and want it to focus on a particular area. Easy to empty the little dust compartment. The one thing Im not sure about is how to make the thing work if you are not at your house for a while, but someone else is. Can they download the app and use it? Not sure, need to find out. Im also not even sure if it DOES map rooms. But personally, I dont mind about that, I just wanted something that saved me manual labor, is reliable and works really well. This does all that in abundance. Highly recommend!

Ive had it about the month and I LOVED how quiet it was at the beginning and it does get louder and louder each time even with emptying and scrubbing after every vacuum BUT the vacuum mop combo for this price is so worth the sound!
