The plastic scraper part broke on 1st use

Really helpful tool, good sturdy design, exchangeable tips for the desired outcome. Made the job much easier.

Seems cheaper and the slide mechanism is too loose and doesn’t stay in place

First thing I did when I got it was tried to change the white triangle and one of the clips that holds it broke immediately. It feels very light and flimsy. Its all plastic and is very light and feels cheap. The quality is definitely not worth the price, I wouldnt pay more than $10 if I were to buy it again. Anything I try to do with it feels almost like its gonna break it, which is disappointing because its a great idea of a tool.

I had issue with the item but they reached out and it was solved!

I’ve used it a few times. The tool applications are handy but the locks that hold the different smoothers in place are not that strong and one broke off. A small pain to clean but overall a good tool

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled after using it today. I’m not handy by any means but this tool was a life saver in getting old caulk out of my shower. I don’t know what I would have done without it! I definitely recommend.

This tool make a amateur a profession. It provides the necessary tool to caulk and spread silicon and other compounds perfectly!

Overall, the product worked. However it does not do a good job on a narrow caulk line, but does a great job on a wider caulk line. The scraper gets into corners and tight places, but is hindered by the it being a three-in-one tool. If the caulk smoother was a separate tool, then it would be a better tool. The caulk smoother handle would not stay on place and kept sliding down onto the scraper handle.

I think there are better options out there. Too much money for the level of quality. You can buy a solid metal one for about $12 at lowes or home depot. Not really sure what Bob Villa reviews was talking about lol. It does work, but its a little awkward and just feels a bit cheap when using. I like things that feel strong and sturdy, hence my review.
