> 3 dayThis works well for removing caulk. I don’t see this tool removing grout unless it’s already crumbling. I still use my finger to smooth the new caulk, the tool doesn’t seem to work as well.

> 3 dayWas real excited to use this tool, the videos seemed to make caulking effortless. However, I soon discovered trying to us this on a backsplash that had different thickness tiles was a disaster. Impossible to get a clean smooth caulk line. When the tool hit a thicker tile it left ridges at every transition to the next tile that had a different thickness it left a gap and then smeared the caulk onto the next different tiles. I had a very difficult time cleaning the caulk out of the textured tiles. Had to stop using the tool. The tool will work fine on smooth same thickness tiles or walls but do not buy this if you have tiles like mine.

> 3 dayVery small and lightweight. Not sure, highly doubtful, that this could stand up for much longtime and hard usage. Thin plastic. Im in construction and this seems very flimsy. Im seriously afraid to even use it for fear itll just snap. Maybe good for small dainty jobs and people. And I know about tools. But just my opinion. Enter at your own risk

> 3 dayI would like to give this 5 stars. Easy to use. Fits in your hand well. Had to loosen the screws so it would slide a little easier to get the cleaning blade out of the way. My only problem is it broke when replacing the pad. One of the tabs that holds the pads in place broke. I had to press a finger against the pad to get it to work.

> 3 dayMight be okay removal of silicon in tightly fit corners, but where there is a gap filled in not so much, had to switch back to putty knife and razor blade (+ butter knife) to dig all the gunk out and clean up the tile surface. Havent gotten to use the finisher side yet, so Ill leave it at three ***.
