Overall, the product worked. However it does not do a good job on a narrow caulk line, but does a great job on a wider caulk line. The scraper gets into corners and tight places, but is hindered by the it being a three-in-one tool. If the caulk smoother was a separate tool, then it would be a better tool. The caulk smoother handle would not stay on place and kept sliding down onto the scraper handle.

The angular blade is great for removing existing caulk...the spreader side is useless...not very clean, as usual its easier to use your index finger to spread the caulk.

This tool make a amateur a profession. It provides the necessary tool to caulk and spread silicon and other compounds perfectly!

So I had to remove some silicone in the joint between bathroom sink and backsplash. Then, apply new silicone caulk. The removal head, surface cleaner, and spreader all work very well. Definitely worth the money. Another great product on Amazon.com.

Can not get a smooth finish if you have a tile backsplash. The grout lines between the tile will give you cause the tool to dip. Works ok I’m getting the old grout out, but not worth it, just for that.

Easy to use

So if you like taking detailing on another level you would think this is the perfect tool for you. Now this wouldn’t be the case. My only concern is that if the corner you are calling doesn’t have a perfect 90° angle, the tool won’t work. In fact I’ll mess everything g up and the you have rely on the wet towel and finder slide process. Where I’m from houses are made out of concrete. And no concrete house will ever have a perfect 90° angle due to the bellies wall tend to have because of the overlays.

For the most part this works really well. I paid more for this compared to other brands available to get a better quality item. I don’t feel this is worth the extra money. The main part of the scraper is hollow and open on one side. It makes it lighter but lessons the integrity for long term use. The plastic scraper corners wore off after the first use. I’ll have to be careful or it will eventually wear itself too small to use. Almost the whole thing looks and feels cheap. Overall, it works pretty good but is not for consistent use.
