Sometime in my late forties I started getting severe leg cramps at night while I slept. They would wake me up and they hurt like the dickens. I would have to get out of bed and walk them off sometimes for 10 or 15 minutes before they subsided and I could go back to sleep. They got progressively worse until it would happen almost nightly. My doctor had no solution. I read somewhere that low electrolytes could be the problem. I tried a number of things but these capsules are the only thing that has helped. I get less cramps and heat exhaution as well as see noted improvements in how I feel the next day after a very difficult job in an overheated environement. This is beyond the regulated stress of exercize and I feel they have been a great solution to maintaining my electrolytes and health at what can be a physically taxing job.

I run about 4 times a week. This helps me to get electrolytes. As a diabetic, I dont like electrolyte drinks with sugar. so, this fits the best to me.

Its a good product. Whenever I feel light headed during high activites ,I take one or two capsles and within a few minites I feel much better. Also, very effective to prevent cramps. Combination of electrolites and salt works for me.
