> 3 dayIm a runner who sweats a lot, and Ive been using these SaltStick FastChews for a few years now -- they are a life saver. I keep a container in my running bag, and always put a few in my hydration vest for long runs (and almost any run during the summer months). They taste great, are easy to pop into your mouth (no messy powder that youre trying to put into your water bottles), and it provides me with the necessary sodium and electrolytes I need while Im out on the trails. I cant recommend these enough. If youre having trouble with muscle cramps or even bonking on long runs, give these a try.

> 3 dayThese are my absolute favorite products from SaltStick! I use these FastChews in my training and races religiously. They keep my stomach happy and body hydrated. I run ultra marathons and these salt tabs saved me many times out in the desert! I highly recommend you try these. This is my favorite flavor!

> 3 dayTastes fine but more importantly it really works. My husband and I are both very active. If you lose a lot of water when you work out these are good to keep on hand. Especially if you wake up in the middle of the night with exercise related leg/foot cramps.

> 3 dayI usually dont take the time to do a deep review but this time I really feel that I need to share my experience. Ive been running for over 5 years now but started getting serious with my weekly mileage about a year ago (was doing only 16 miles/week and now Im at around 30 miles/week). I live in South Florida and it gets very hot most of the year which makes the long runs very challenging. I spent the last few months training for the Miami Half Marathon and feeling good and ready for the race and on the race day the weather got hot and I was sweating so profusely that didnt realize that my GUs and water were not doing enough to recover my lost sodium and eventually at around mile 10 I had to start taking walking breaks until the point that I start having all the symptoms of hyponatremia (low sodium- confusion, fatigue and headache). I had a goal of finishing the half-marathon under 2 hours and ended up finishing with 2 hours 13 minutes. After this I was super frustrated and started reading more about what happened until I talked to a few pro runners that mentioned salt pills. I came across these pills and decided to sign up for another half marathon last Sunday with my wife ( 305 Half Marathon). I took 2 pills 30 minutes before the race, then 2 pills at mile 4 and then 2 pills every 3 miles. I also took my GUs after mile 4 between the salt pills and felt amazing during the whole race (temp was about the same as the first race). I dont think you can ever attribute your success at any sport event to only one factor but I know that this was a huge contributor to how I felt during my race. I ended up finishing with a time of 1:59:24 and this time I was only aiming at a 2:05 goal. From now on I am using these pills on any run under hot weather over 8 miles which are all my Saturday runs. Please consider that not every person looses sodium at the same rate through perspiration and this will make a difference for people with high perspiration rate as myself. My wife runs with me everyday and at the end of a 10 miles run at over 80F she still almost totally dry, reason why she does not need this pills. Before trying this, I tried GUs, sport drinks, other gels, etc and could not find something that would really help me battle the fatigue on hot days, so this was a thing of trial and error until I found something that works. Hope my story helps other people with similar issues. Happy running!

> 3 dayI suffer headaches after basketball, volleyball, jogging and riding bikes. Im 50 y/o but still play like Im in my 20s, so I dont take it easy. I used to drink water (with himalayan salt) and Gatorade just to sustain myself but I always suffer after. I read reviews about electrolyte tabs and the reviews for this product so I figured let me try, I have nothing to lose. And so I did, my very first road bike ride this year (without preparation), a 45-mile round trip from GWB in Fort Lee, NJ to Tappan Zee (now Cuomo) bridge and back. I took this tablet every 20-30 minutes while riding. I didnt really start cramping until we were 9 miles to the starting point, it was my fault as I never prepped for this ride and I also ran out the electrolyte tablets and water (brought 2 bottles). I did suffer from a mild headache when I got home but still mostly my fault. I know I wouldnt have made it back if it wasnt for these tablets. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayElectrolytes especially getting enough salt during an adventure or workout is important for endurance. Lemon lime fast-chews, one of my favorite flavors, is easy to eat while on the go.
