Im a paramedic and this is my go to splint for wrist or ankle fractures. Ive used SAM splints countless times in my 22 years on the ambulance, and carry this in my own first aid kit.

This product is great to have on hand incase of possible breaks and sprains. Its easy to mold, creates stability and support for injured body parts.
