The difference is night and day. You dont have to wait for a PS5 to enjoy faster loading times and better performance in general. This SSD also eliminates textures pop-in issues in games like FF7R and TW3. Tested and proven by Digital Foundry. dont have a spot for it, so its hanging loose in my system but its fine. i only have SSDs now after i broke a hard drive, but everything is snappy, no matter what drive. this holds most of my games, while my NVMe holds my OS. 1TB is good enough for most people.

Samsung enjoys touting its easy and free migration software. Well, Ive tried it a dozen times, completely upgraded my BIOS, and all the solutions online are telling me to pay for dedicated migration software just to use a product I already paid for. Absolutely not happening.

Was definitely worth it upgrading to a SSD on my ps4...will definitely recommend.

My company sent me a refurbished PC. Its disk was a slow, small, spinning disk with very poor ability to interleave read/write tasks. It took 10 minutes from the time I pressed the power button until I could do any useful work. With this disk, I have 4 times the space and the time from power on to useful work is under 2 minutes (yes, I have a LOT of stuff that starts up when Windows starts).

As expected, easy to install in my PS4. The improvement was so-so but the capacity upgrade was what I needed. Meets expectations and I expect the quality will be above average based on the brand which I have used before. Recommended.

The hard drive i receive was easy to installed on my ps4. i simply remove my regular hard drive and put this one in. The hard drive work with out any issue. the installation of the ps4 firmware went smooth . downloaded all the games and The games actually load noticeably fast so i saw improve performance with the 1tb ssd drive. I would definitely recommend this hard drive.
