i used this for secondary use. microsoft flight simulator 2020 is a large program. need lots of storage.

Ive been using SSDs for system drives since they became available and affordable for consumer use. Around 2007 or so I think. They literally transform your computer into its Super Saiyan form. LOL. You will be amazed by how much faster your computer will run. Its a much more effective upgrade than a CPU or RAM. I bought this one for my daughters computer when I saw that it had an M2 slot. I wanted to give her a better video card since hers had blown up, but theyre stupid expensive right now, so this was a better option. She couldnt believe how much faster it runs. It used to be one of those where you turned it on and went to get something to eat while waiting for it to boot. Now it is running in under 15 seconds. It took me a few tries to get the system transfer to work right using the Samsung Data Migration tool, but I finally got it. Now its computer bliss. This drive is big enough for all her programs, so she uses her old HD for data. This will extend the life of her computer by several years. Maybe by then video cards will be affordable again.

Easy to install, and is a great performance booster.

Great quality and very fast for what I needed. Added it to a high speed USB C enclosure as a backup drive and run VMWare VMs locally with more than enough speed to run 3 VMs with high IOPs.

Seems great excellent responsiveness. read and write speeds I dont test, but far better then all other computers I have used with 3.5 hdd and 2.5 ssd

I installed the ssd in a Lenovo T15g 1 gen, and it goes as fast as Samsung said. I strongly recommend this product if you have a PCI gen 3 prot.

Moving from 128GB m.2 to this 1TB is a great improvement. Decent speed too. Recommended.

Venia necesitando desde hace ya un tiempo una unidad ssd para solventar los problemas de fluidez por correr el SO y resto de aplicaciones desde un mismo HDD, con la versión de 1TB tengo mas que de sobra para poner todas mis apps principales y algunos cuantos juegos cuyas pantallas de carga se aprecian bastante mas rápidas, reservando el HDD para almacenar apps secundarias y archivos multimedia principalmente. El precio es decente, podrías buscar otras ofertas u opciones mas económicas, pero este articulo no es un pérdida d dinero en lo absoluto.

Pretty nice. Doesn’t come with the screw. So order some of those if you buy it, but 5 stars nonetheless
