I took me 3 days of calls to Verizon customer service and one visit to a Verizon Store to activate my device in their network. None could help me. They only check if the EMEI number that identifies the device is in their database to determine if it is compatible with the Verizon network.

Our last samsung tabs A lasted 4 or 5 years were hoping to get the same out of these bc theynwere a little more expensive then the last ones we ordered

Just a mess of bugs, bloat, and surprise restarts.

Got this onsale, works really well and kids are happy!

This is not a bad tablet, although there are some features in my old tablet that this one does not have. For example, it does not have a time in its wedge, only a clock app, my old Lenovo has a big time, whenever you look at its screen, you can see the time. Also its alarm to wake you up is very strange, for some reason, a couple days when I really needed the alarm it did not set off. I cleaned the cache today and hope it will work better. Also the alarm is not easy to manage, such as, it has very small line to let you snooze for another 5 minutes, my old Lenovo has a big zzz icon you can touch it and continue snoozing. If you have to look hard for the place for another five minutes to snooze, you will probably widely awake

My 2 year old loves his tablet. We downloaded apps and he plays them in the car when on long car rides. Works great for him.

I was hesitant to buy, because of some reviews. I purchased it when it went on sale and I have no regrets. I read my email, get weather, search the web, watch Utubes, stream audio, watch mp4s, subscribe news. I am happy with the screen quality, and its ability to service up to six open Apps. With good internet connections, I have no difficulties with streaming. I am pleased with this device and would purchase it again without hesitating.

This is my 4th. If only they came with lots more capacity! 32g or 64g is consumed in no time. Otherwise, performance and precision are great.

Screen quality is good. Battery life good.
