Its been about 6 months since I got this and its still running like brand new.

when i press the power button it takes 13 seconds to get into windows

This was a great deal and my computer is the fastest it’s ever been. Recently installed a new board and processor but still had an old one terabyte hard disk. This thing is definitely worth the money!

What else can I say. It delivers. Im getting the advertised read/write speeds. Exactly what I would expect from Samsung. I got the 500GB version.

Got this and a 1 tb on black friday. Put them in and they work great. I built my rig with the intentions of registering after build was done........and working in case something needs to go back. So.......got parts........built the rig. So far so good.....right. I got the msi unify board......to install this one for os I took off heat sink cover.......put in ssd.....pulled plastic off the thermal tape.......put heat sink back on. Good to go right..........wrong. I went to register my ssds. Put first one in.........tells me numbers are wrong. Im like.....wth. Try it dif ways......wont take it. So said the hell with it and called samsung and told the guy what the problem was. Helpful guy........says its not his dept but.......what serial number did you use? I was struck stupid for a sec........I said........It has two? Well guys.....before you install your ssd......write down the serial number OFF OF THE SSD. Samsung has a sn on the box........and the same sn on the ssd with ONE ADDITIONAL DIGIT. Why?............Just why........Someone went out of their way to leave off that digit. You need the one off of the ssd not the box. So now........I have to take off the heatsink.....hope the thermal tape is ok........and put it back in. Not happy.

I used to up grade my internal storage on my 2015 MacBook Pro and it has worked great, it is much faster than the stock ssd and 4x the storage. I am getting slower speeds compared to what’s advertised but that could be due to the adapter bottlenecking it around 1200-2000. Overall, works great
