I bought this because i play alot of rainbow 6 and would take forever to load into games. With this thing, i instantly load in and have 0 issues. this is the go to ssd 100%

I love this drive and use it to sync my OneDrive because the drive on my mini computer at the office is quite small. I would give this drive a 5 star rating except for the fact that the connection to my OneDrive keeps breaking due to the fact that the USB C connection is extremely loose. (I plug the drive into a USB A port on my computer, so that end of the connection is firm.) At this moment, my OneDrive is re-syncing over 80,000 files because the USB C connection was apparently broken last night when the cleaner moved the drive while dusting.

Ordered at 11am and was delivered by 8pm as promised. Just plug and play! Fast, works great.

If you have an older computer, avoid ALL SSD EHDs. They are dirt slow on transfer with a 3.0 USB port. That being said, this model is roughly the size of a credit card but 1/2 inch thick. So its very portable. Plus its SS so no whirring disc. You can do a few formatting things to help with speed, but unless you have a 3.1 or 3.2 USB, get ready to wait. A LOT. Transferring a 40gig file takes almost ten minutes.

I purchased this ssd hard drive as a photo and video storage hard drive. This hard drive works perfect directly connected to my iPad Pro. It is fast enough to to edit 4K videos in LumaFusion without an issue at all. I have not tried 5K but I am sure this ssd can handle it. This has also been a great back up storage option on a NAS mobile system I use while on vacation.

I have used this with a mac pro and two different windows pcs to store Virtual Box VMs. As long as you have USB3 or thunderbolt as the interface to these drives, data transfer rates are high. I am able to run VMs from these drives and I do not noice any performance issues. It’s literally like running a pc on its own.

Got this for my boyfriend because he was constantly have to delete games to play other ones. He now has all the space needed for everything!
