> 3 dayIm totally blind. The first thing I noticed about this when I got it out of the box. It is square in shape and has an antenna on one side that you can turn so it is standing up. I also noticed it doesnt have a wall mount to hang it on a wall and it doesnt have rubber feet to keep it from sliding on a hard table top. It also has a short power cord too. You can connect it up to the network by ethernet or Wi-Fi. First plug in the gateway and give it about 1 minute to get going. Then go into the App on your phone and tell it you want to scan for a gateway. Mine was found quickly. I set it up using Wi-Fi. I already had my sensors setup by Bluetooth. There isnt anything you need to do after you get the gateway online and signed into your account. After the gateway is online, go into the settings for the SensorPush App and turn off Bluetooth. At that point, the phone will get the sensors readings from the SensorPush servers. Things I would like to see in a new version of the Gateway. 1. Longer power cord or use an USB C connector to power the gateway so a person can use their-own cable and use the length they need. 2. A Screw mounting whole on the back so a person can hang it on a wall. 3. Rubber feet on the bottom for those people who want to set it on a table top and not have it slide around. I worked around that by putting some sillacon large sticky dots on the bottom of it being I had some around the house. But most people arent going to have those being totally blind people have some of those to mark buttons and things so they know what they are for.

> 3 dayI have an extensive cigar collection with I large cabinet humidor and 6 desk top humidors. This allows me to monitor my collection remotely with just an internet connection. I had some problems setting it up with MY HOME ROUTER. The level and quality service I received was outstanding to get me up and running. I will now add more sensors to different rooms in my home along with what I am sure to come more humidors.

> 3 dayAfter a basement mold problem was resolved got this and one of the sensors to monitor the humidity and receive alerts if the dehumidifier ever failed to keep the humidity below a certain level. The setup was cake, and the thing always just works. Have had 0 problems. The app is great and provides detailed info on the basement temperature and humidity. You get what you pay for and would highly recommend.

> 3 dayI installed the gateway so I can get temp alerts on my phone if a freezer with thousands of dollars of food it it fails. It works as advertised and has already paid for itself when someone failed to completely close the freezer door and temps got over 15’F.

> 3 dayThis is my second gateway and set of sensors. They are among the easiest product to set up I have ever used. They work as described. I did need some support and found them to be responsive and competent. They simply work!!

> 3 dayWorks ONLY in unobstructed area even with a gateway — Is this what you intended? I purchased this temperature gauge to monitor the temperature of an area in my Morton barn that houses my water filtration units. In preparation, I began checking the range of the unit only to discover temperatures would only record if unobstructed and within range of the WiFi. Believing I could gain a wider range and possibly obstruct the unit while still receiving temperature readings, I purchased the gateway....a mistake that now totals over $150! One other noteworthy piece of information is the battery drain the SensorPush puts on the iPhone. While I was testing the unit and app, I discovered my iPhone battery was drained above the norm for the day. I would not recommend the usage of any app that drains the battery of the iPhone to this extent. To the SensorPush credit, I placed the unit in the refrigerator and received temperature readings. Not the purpose of the purchase for this customer. I stand by my opinion that the unit has limited usage. If used indoors, the gateway is an unnecessary expense. I cannot speak to the accuracy of the temperature readings but I will speak to the ease of installation of the gateway — not intuitive. I had purchased and install the SensorPush WiFi Thermometer. After discovering the unit’s inability to read temperatures from obstruct areas, I purchased the gateway. In order to sync the two units, the SensorPush unit needed to be uninstalled, the gateway installed and the SensorPush re-installed.

> 3 dayCalibrating is a bit of a pain. Product works great when calibrated. App has great data. Wish it was 5ghz.. Took me some research to figure it only uses 2.5ghz. The manufacturer documentation does not make that clear. Bought it anyway. It slows down my network, as I have to use dual mode 2.5ghz/5ghz Wifi. Looking forward to the hygrometer/thermometer to have built in Wifi like my light bulb instead of using a bridge. Also, be careful of walls. The bluetooth signal was block by a single wall in my small townhouse. Had to move the bridge closer to the hygrometer/thermometer and connect to the router via wifi rather an ethernet connection next to my router. Small but important issue.
