Ive had this Shark vac for 3 months now, and each time Ive used it, Ive told myself that I have to write a review! This cordless vac sucks up everything with ease!! My home has hardwood floors, ceramic tiles and plush carpet - and this vac seamlessly handles each flooring perfectly. Ive tried several other cordless vacs and they did not suction nor clean as thoroughly and as smoothly as this Shark Vac. This vac is not as light-weight as others, but thats because this motor works and does the job! The head pivots with ease and lets me get under - and around - my furniture. Its easy to clean and store. ITS THEEE BEST CORDLESS VAC!!

I did a ton of research before replacing my dyson stick vacuum which I started having battery issues with. I was drawn to this vacuum because of the rave reviews of the suction power (everyone is right about that) and the removable and easily replaceable batteries. The batteries last a long time and I have two so I don’t have to worry about running out of charge before I finish vacuuming everything. I use this as my sole vacuum for my 1400 sq/ft house and it’s perfect. We have mostly LVP with some area rugs and tile. I didn’t expect to like the attachments so much. The one for dusting is my favorite. I never knew I needed it or wanted it. The only thing I don’t like is how the wand bends, I don’t really use the feature, but the problem I have is that it makes the stick part feel less sturdy. I’d prefer just a regular stick without the bend in the middle.

The middle bendy part breaks easily. Replaced by customer service and breaks again. It can handle being used. We just duck taped it and use it without bending anymore.

Great suction, easy to use and get under furniture. Easy to clean the dirt cup; however, sometimes the hepa filter falls out when removing the cup. Does well with Golden Retriever hair, except on our short/tight weave rug where hair gets trapped more securely. Overall, this is a great vacuum. Biggest concern is finding replacement roller and duoclean powerfins for this model. I cant find anything specific to this model iz462h.

I’m not in love with it but I really like it so far. I hate the bulk of it. This thing really does not get hair wrapped up in the parts!!! I am a female with long thick hair. Whatever the science, it’s magic!!! My 2nd favorite feature is that the backward arm bend it does to reach underneath really low furniture! No more bending awkwardly, getting on the floor or lifting/moving furniture!!

Ive had this vacuum for several months and I love it! I have two cats and two dogs, one of whom sheds terribly, so the vacuum has its work cut out for it and its amazing. So easy to maneuver around furniture and low profile so it goes under things easily. Hair, etc. does get caught in the small wheels but doesnt affect the functionality at all. It is top-heavy because of the dust collection etc. but once you get used to it, its not a problem. I would highly recommend!

I have a mobility problem and tend to pretty much live in my recliner. The result of this is a zone of ick around the chair. This item really SUCKS crap off the floor, and is light enough for me to use.

I was a little skeptical about getting a cordless vacuum. My husband was the one that persuaded me to but it because we live in an older house with minimal outlets....so we are always unplugging something to plug in the vacuum. I am so glad he suggested this!!!! We did the research first...dyson vs shark. Was the price difference really worth the $$? I decided to get this shark for a few reasons. 1. removable battery- you can plug it in anywhere and store the vacuum out of sight. 2. attachments that came with it- we have a cat and dog....we clean often and the attachments that came with this make it easy to clean those hard to get (and forgotten) places like ceiling fans, behind doors, and under furniture. 3. it folds down for easier storage- our shark upright plug in vacuum is sometimes difficult to get out of the hall closet with all the coats hanging because the handle gets caught by a sleeve or something. This vacuum handle folds down to store easily under all those hanging coats. 4. lightweight to take up and down the stairs and light enough our 6yr old can use it and maneuver it easily 3. price point was in a reasonable range. The ONLY negative I have found is that the dirt compartment is kind of small......it holds about as much dirt as our Roomba. We have to empty it a lot more often than we do the corded vacuum. Its not that big of a deal but still somewhat annoying.

After you get used to pushing the correct buttons (one to release the handle, one to release the filter basket, and others), the added features are great! Maybe label the buttons? The headlamp is bright. Having an extra battery is convenient, the adjustable arm for sweeping beneath furniture saves my back. I would prefer more power on the hard floor setting level 3 (like you get when the carpet setting 3). The adjustable vac settings allow me to vac floor rugs without sucking them up into the vac. The rollers could be a little easier to remove, but the instructions helped a lot. I replaced my Electrolux stick vac and I’m happy with all of the extra features as soon as I’m more proficient pressing the correct button.

I hesitated justifying spending this much money but bit the bullet. I am so happy I did. I live out in the country where there is constant dust or mud depending on weather and also have three dogs in house. One is long haired. The suction was impressive and easy to operate and to dismantle to attach other devices to reach different areas. I could clean easily behind t.v. and by the toilets. I love the flex so i can go underneather funiture where I couldnt reach before. Also the container is a nice size to accumilate so I am not always emptying the bin. I love how I dont have to mess with the cord which is bonus. Easy to store with the flex and doesnt take much room up. Overall so happy I made my life easier and cleaner with this vaccum. It came with batteries, a charger, and other devices to attach and detach depending what you want to clean. Now I have something also to clean my inside of car and dont have to drive to a carwash for a vaccum. Overall very happy! Also forgot its nice and light. If there is cobwebs on cieling I can reach them with ease.
