Greater than one weekThe middle bendy part breaks easily. Replaced by customer service and breaks again. It can handle being used. We just duck taped it and use it without bending anymore.

> 3 dayOne of the best purchases I ever made! Wasn’t sure I needed the feature where the handle flattens out so you can go under things easily or the LED lights but I love both! I love the way the vacuum head is much smaller than a traditional vacuum because between that and being able to easily lay the handle flat you can get under just about anything! No more dust under the kitchen chairs. I can get all the way to the wall. No more broom and dustpan for sweeping the kitchen floor every night! The one thing I wondered about is how well does it edge? It does a great job! Love the roller brush. No more spitting things out. It also picks up larger pieces of things easily. My old vac I would have to stop and use the hose because my old vac just pushed it around. This one picks it right up. I did decide to get an extra battery just in case I ever need it. I vacuum my 1,500 square feet apartment and have never run out of battery. I really haven’t seen a negative yet. In my opinion. The extra features really are worth spending the extra money. I am so pleased with my purchase!

> 3 dayThe, Shark Vertex Ultra Lightweight Cordless Stick Vacuum is not a replacement for my Shark Vertex with the cord. The Vertex with the cord will do a much better job than the cordless. For me, its more about getting the stairs as well as hard to reach places. Above my head and underneath the bed. Overall, I happy with this purchase. Have a nice day.

> 3 dayI am in love with this vacuum. I have a 2,000 square foot home that is all hardwood and tile with a few rugs here and there. I was able to vacuum my whole house before this vacuum died. Not to mention it got so much hair up out of my rugs that I didn’t realize my other vacuums were missing. It has so much power and does so well on all the different flooring of my house! The only downside would be the canister size however if you don’t have pets, this should not be an issue for you!

> 3 dayI did a ton of research before replacing my dyson stick vacuum which I started having battery issues with. I was drawn to this vacuum because of the rave reviews of the suction power (everyone is right about that) and the removable and easily replaceable batteries. The batteries last a long time and I have two so I don’t have to worry about running out of charge before I finish vacuuming everything. I use this as my sole vacuum for my 1400 sq/ft house and it’s perfect. We have mostly LVP with some area rugs and tile. I didn’t expect to like the attachments so much. The one for dusting is my favorite. I never knew I needed it or wanted it. The only thing I don’t like is how the wand bends, I don’t really use the feature, but the problem I have is that it makes the stick part feel less sturdy. I’d prefer just a regular stick without the bend in the middle.

> 3 dayI own 2 Dyson (which I love as well) however they are heavier and not as easy for me to get out to vacuum. I have some medical restraints and this vacuum is perfect for me. I keep it plugged into the charger, out of the way in my laundry room folded over and hardly noticeable and its so easy to just unplug from the charger and run it over small areas or all over. My home is about 1250 Sq FT and it will keep a charge through the whole house. The only reason I didnt give this a 5 star is because the vacuum doesnt stand up on its on if it is in the upright position, however its easy to just fold it over when stopping for any reason. I would recommend.

> 3 dayI bought this after a lot of research and consideration of other brands. I couldnt justify 800 bucks for a Dyson, but I also know that a vacuum that costs 150 bucks doesnt last. I needed something that is versatile and can quickly switch from laminate to carpet without a lot of fuss. I wanted something cordless so I could go through the whole house quickly without having to switch outlets or worry about keeping the cord out of the way of my path. The ability to clean up hair was an absolute imperative as I have a Husky and a Corgi that are constantly shedding. Cleaning the hair off of every surface has become a nightmare chore that is impossible to stay on top of. Now, let me tell you, that my house is in no way filthy, but after using this vacuum on my rug, that was just vacuumed with my old vacuum cleaner a couple of days ago, it sure felt like I was living in squalor before. This stick vac pulled hair and dirt from the carpet that I thought was clean! I was ASTOUNDED by how much dirt and hair that was still there. This product easily converts to make vacuuming stairs and those hard to reach areas a simple task. The included attachments are very good at getting the hair and dust from the couch cushions and it is very compact and takes up very little storage space. I have read other reviews that it builds up a rather unpleasant static shock after a few minutes of use. I have not experienced any sort of shock or static build up. The only reason that I didnt give this product 5 stars is because there isnt any storage for the attachments, and with 2 kids, I know that they are going to get lost easily. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants the convenience of a powerful cordless vacuum, without the high cost of a Dyson.

Greater than one week*SUMMARY: IF YOU HAVE LONG-HAIR DOGS ITS TRULY TANGLE FREE! WORKS WELL ON THICK RUGS BUT FOR FULL PRICE THE SUCTION IS TOO WEAK* Let me start by saying I have a husky who sheds A LOT. I have to sweep my house twice a day just to keep up with her hair shedding, if not it’s in piles around the edges of the house. Every vacuum that claims to be “tangle free” or “made for pets” are crap and hair gets tangled with every use. I was very skeptical this vacuum was actually tangle free (bc it does have bristles! Not just fins like the photos show) but to my surprise- NOT ONE HAIR has gotten tangled in the roller after weeks of use!! (See pictures) Got this vacuum for like 40% off during Black Friday deals. I think it was absolutely worth what I paid- but almost $300 full price is a bit much in my opinion bc it’s not that strong. Ive had much stronger for $150. But for what I paid, I’m very happy with the quality of the product, how lightweight it is, ease of use, battery life, & most importantly that it’s truly tangle free w/ pet hair. That alone makes it worth it for me. ** Things to know: 1. Truly is TANGLE FREE for pet hair (yay!!) only part that gets hairs stuck are the tiny wheels on the corners (see pic) but it doesn’t affect the functionality of the vacuum whatsoever. 2. Its very lightweight- I am 9 months pregnant & have problems with my blood pressure going up w/ little activity & have to be careful. I can easily pick this up & vacuum my couch with it or my rugs w/ no problem. 3. It’s LOUD - low setting isn’t too bad, but high setting needed for carpet/rugs is obnoxious & sounds like a leaf blower. For what I paid, doesn’t bother me. 4. It’s very top heavy & cannot stand on its own - but that should be expected with any brand of vacuum that is this lightweight cordless style. It can lean against the couch or wall (see pic) just fine. 5. Too weak with attachments- I wanted to use this to vacuum my car but the low setting or even high are too weak with the attachments & do a very poor job getting crumbs, dirt & pet hair out of thin vehicle carpet. It got the majority of dirt, but the pet hair & crumbs in the crevices couldn’t be sucked up because the suction is so weak. But when it comes to vacuuming crumbs & hair off my couch, it’s so lightweight I just pick up the vacuum and use it on the couch as if it’s the floor and the rollers get everything up no problem. Won’t be using the attachments much though. 5. Actually does well with thick carpet/rugs - my sons nursery has a very thick shag rug (see pic) that’s almost 3” thick. The vacuum is not anywhere strong enough to pull itself forward on the carpet, but if lean it back a little and use just a little muscle it glides easily across the thick rug (Again I’m 9 mo preggo and I can do this no problem). The rollers get deep into the rug and get about every trace of dirt and hair. 6. Rechargeable battery is nice & imo gives plenty of run time- I get about 40 minutes of use in my mostly hardwood home, during which I have it on high for almost half the time vacuuming thick rugs and my couch.

> 3 dayWe have only had this vacuum for a few months, but it has many features that the Dyson does not have, at a much cheaper price. Im very happy with this purchase. Now, I just have to see if I can find a crevice attachment for it. It came with some nice attachments, but not a good crevice tool. I recommend this.
