On a TV baking show, I saw a baker use a mat like this while rolling the crust for a pie. What took me so long to realize I needed one of these in my kitchen?!! This one is especially nice. Its quite large and has several sizes marked. I wont need my tape measure any longer. (This mat is hands-free!) It also has weight and measurement conversions printed right on the mat. They are a little tricky to read but so nice to have this info handy. You can also use it in the oven to line a pan. (I have even used this to protect my counter when not baking!) Its a great price for a very useful tool.

This is a perfect size for rolling out dough. I love it for tortillas. The mat stays in place and is easy to clean and store. Would recommend
