Love the baking mat. Now I don’t need to use my granite counter top to mix and roll my dough .

I wanted a mat for shaping sourdough loaves, and this is perfect! I love the conversion charts, and measurement tools. It’s extremely multipurpose, and perfect to have on hand for any baking project. Very happy with this product!

On a TV baking show, I saw a baker use a mat like this while rolling the crust for a pie. What took me so long to realize I needed one of these in my kitchen?!! This one is especially nice. Its quite large and has several sizes marked. I wont need my tape measure any longer. (This mat is hands-free!) It also has weight and measurement conversions printed right on the mat. They are a little tricky to read but so nice to have this info handy. You can also use it in the oven to line a pan. (I have even used this to protect my counter when not baking!) Its a great price for a very useful tool.

This makes cooking and baking so much easier. I ruined the first one because I didn’t read the instructions and used it as a cutting board. No sharp objects. It is great.
