The mess while working with flour and dough ended. You can limit your space on a table to keep the rest clean and the mess is only on the mat. It is great. Nothing sticks on the mat and is perfect to work with dough.

It’s perfect!! Compared to my other silicone mat, it’s much bigger and smooth. I can roll out a lot of dough. I love the measurements and converter charts written on it too! Comes in handy

Wow - this mat is so much better than the other one I’ve had for decades (see top of photo). The new one lies so flat, is secure to the counter AND it just folds up neatly for storage. I love it!

got this yesterday, and I was a little worried because it came folded and in a very flat box... but after taking it out there are no wrinkles or creases! washed with soapy water, per directions, and used to make a keto dough this morning. nothing stuck, which was why I got it. for my counter space, I got the 16x26 and its a perfect size. I dont plan to bake ON the mat, although I think you can. The back is shiney, and when the counter is clean (lol) the mat stays in place and doesnt shift or roll up. going to get one for my daughter, whos an avid bread baker. Ill update later, after several uses and washes, but as of right now I would recommend it!
