I am a professional baker and this silicone mat is an essential tool in my bakery. It is perfect for making butter blocks for laminated pastry and the measurement grid makes sizing the blocks a breeze! It is also great for rolling out large batches of crackers. These mats are very durable and are a great value!

I occasionally make bread and the mat that I used before getting this one was small. This one covers my butcher block table perfectly, keeps the dough from sticking, is easy to clean. If I ever get around to trying pie crusts it has markings for size. Love this mat.
