I ordered this plug because it claimed to be compatible with the Smart Life app. It was, and I was connected up with my router very quickly. However, I found out that the wifi reception on this plug was very short in compare to other brands. I kept on getting offline indication when I used it in the kitchen while my router was in the study in a relatively small house. (Note: none of my cell phones or other electronic gadgets had problem with that distance.) I finally had to swab out with a plug of another brand, and install this one in the study, the same room where the wifi router was located.

Paired with the Smartlife app, these work great for wireless control of your house. You can set multiple timers for the same plug and they work great with Alexa.

I love these plugs. Im a nail tech and an hr before I leave to work I go on the app on my phone to turn on my towel warmer. Thanks to these plugs I have warm towels as soon as I get to work

Tried to pair each one of the box of 4 with no success. I used both methods suggested in the instructions (Ez & AP) several times with no joy. I even rebooted my router and switched off 5Ghz wireless. No luck. Fail.

I received my products today and as expected they work. They are really nice and efficient!! I really recommend.

Half of these plugs have stopped working after only a month. They won’t connect and no matter how many times I reset them it’s impossible to use them. If you want to buy really expensive on-off switches to plug into your outlets then these are a great deal, otherwise stay away from them.

I got it because they said it works with Alexa not true they’re sitting there I should I return them doesn’t work with mine

plus hooking these up are a bear. Give yourself 2 hours to hook these up. and then Alexa on top of it.

It took me all day to link this plug to the app. I have multiple devices around my home and am very tech savvy. I have no idea how I finally got it to work but it was terrible and frustrating. Then once it finally worked (after trying the exact same thing all day), it doesnt even connect to Google home. Cool. Doesnt work with the Smart Life app like I thought so I had to download ANOTHER app called Teckin that doesnt work with Google home.

I loved being able to have my lights turn on and off just using my voice or by using the app. So easy to set up and use
