> 24 hourComing from noise cancelling Bose earbuds that I used regularly in business, at Starbucks, at home and when traveling. After 6-7 years the battery began to suffer and then, my brother in law forgot his Sony M3s in my car after a recent family road trip. Basically, I tried them on and immediately thought this is the answer to all my problems at work.

> 24 hourBose or Sony—that is the question. I’ve had Bose and Sony audio products, but opted to go with Sony. No buyer’s remorse. Noise cancellation works great, Bluetooth connects flawlessly and for a 6’4” guy with a large cranium they’re a comfortable fit.

> 24 hourI highly recommend these if you’re looking for great sounding noise cancelling headphones. They’re cheaper than the new Bose headphones but they don’t sacrifice quality. The noise canceling is amazing and with the app you unlock the customizability of these headphones. The app gives you control of an equalizer with preset audio-styles as well as setting a Custom profile. You can adjust noise cancelling level from a full 12 ambient sound down to wind reduction or full noise cancelling. There’s also a neat adaptive ambient sound that will adjust the level of noise cancelling based on whether you’re sitting, walking, running or on transit. All of which are customizable to what ever level you want. Another amazing feature of the ambient sound setting is being able to filter out only voices so that background noise is cancelled but you’re still able to communicate with those around you. The headphones themselves are also very comfortable I wear them for about 6-7 hours a day with no discomfort or pain like my older over-the-ear headphones. My only complaint, which is less of a complaint and more of a small annoyance, is the touch controls. What I do like is the level of control you have, there is forward track back, play, pause, volume and Siri. My problem is it can be kind of finicky, it not horrible but it’s not perfect either. One wish I had would be wearer detection, in that removing the headphones would pause and putting them back on would play. All around I highly recommend these headphones other than some small personal complaints, these headphones are amazing and well worth the money
