> 3 dayI was nervous to purchase from amazon warehouse and spent days looking into Reddit forums that discussed what cosmetic damage meant and watching unboxing videos on youtube to understand what I was getting myself into. I purchased the used in good condition headphones at 208$ after taxes and waited to be disappointed. They arrived with no scratches, original package, cables, etc. I did record while unboxing in the case I had to return them if they were unexpectantly unstable. I recommend you give it a try, the worse outcome is youre disappointed and have to return them and wait for a refund? doesnt seem too bad of a risk. I was able to save almost 100$ by choosing preowned. Give some products a new home!

Greater than one weekI loved these headphones, until about a year after I bought them when the right earcup started producing a hissing sound as if air was passing by your ear with noise cancelling activated. I tried getting in touch with customer support and they said there was nothing they could do since it was out of warranty by 1 and a half months. Great service Sony! Dont buy these headphones unless youre willing to fork out another 300 in a year when the primary selling feature becomes completely useless.

> 3 dayThese are the best headphones I have had for wireless daily use and flight travel. I wear them on the bus to work and I am always impressed by the sound quality. The ability to adjust the noise cancelling to allow some sound in is especially helpful in a walking, mass transit, or public space environment so I can hear enough background to know what is going on (cars coming, announcements, etc.). These are just extremely impressive cans.

> 3 dayIf youre looking for the best ANC Bluetooth headphones in the market right now, this is pretty much the cream of the crop. Sounds quality is also great, however it does sound a little muddy for my taste, but easily fixed with my phones EQ and not the headphone apps EQ(it forces you to switch to SBC from the superior LDAC). Built quality feels premium, folding and extending/retracting the bands requires little effort and is a smooth process. Definitely a worthwhile investment!

> 3 dayNO SALE until manufactures of these noise-cancelling headphones allow consumers to replace the batteries. Both Bose and Sony wont let you do that so your expensive headphones will be useless someday because of the non-removiable battery.

> 3 dayWe’ve been using noise-cancellation headphones for nearly 30 years, and have owned several nice units. This new top-end Sony is BY FAR the best ever – easy to setup, easy to use; and most importantly, excellent at both noise-cancellation and superb music reproduction. No wonder the experts are raving about these “cans” – we were held back from acting sooner by the cost, but now totally pleased we decided to invest. Can’t wait for our next airplane ride to give them a harsh workout! Highly recommended. P.S.: love the silver color, both for the headset and the excellent case.
